That is too bad that ya'll say that. That is how I am in real life. Happy go lucky with my head in the clouds. The down side? The clouds blind you of what is in front of you. Like someone who likes you. It can be a pain sometimes, but that is part of the burden you carry. At least Happy go lucky gives you the ability to cheer up a friend when they are down. That is a good talent to have. At least, That is what I believe. :)
True it does depend on the situation. When it comes to possibilities I always go to the worst case scenario and prepare for it just so if it does come to pass I am not caught off guard and dealt a heavy blow, cause my luck with friends and relationships sucks.Thus it is hard for me to trust people, but when someone earns my trust there is an absolute zero chance I will betray them. Trust and respect are not given they are earned. At least that is what I believe.
I would choose my best friend. Lovers come and go but to lose a best friend is a tragedy pure and simple. Unless they mean like a girlfriend. If they meant a girlfriend then I would try and keep both. If a girlfriend and/or lover put you into such a situation then they must not care for you as much as they lead on. That and some women just want to be in a relationship then get married just for the sake to have someone to pay for their expenses.
