True future but you wont have Showa suspension or an amazingly nimble bike the YZ is a sweet ride for sure but the things the CR does better than the YZ you cant mod away:) unlike the CRs soft mid!

man a cr250 cant stand a yz250.

my yz250=2000 made 48hp and my cr250=2001 made 46.7

Now just throw on an Air Striker and VF3 reeds on the CR and it will walk all over the YZ on that Dyno :)

uuummm no way thats a cr500 and a yz250 not becuase of the amout of power each makes but the cr500 has no power valve and the yz250 does the cr500 would have a much shorter power curve ...........by far
