I'm a democrat but I have become convinced that a corporate tax is unecessary. Corporations as Romeny said ( I hate this guy BTW) are just made up of people. Corporations get taxed then that same money gets taxed again as either income, capital gains or dividends to the shareholders/owners. And corporations never really pay these taxes, they get passed on to consumers in the form of higher prices. I say we eliminate the corporate tax and raise capital gains, dividends, and individual rates

My neighbor in Miami worked for dade international for 17 years. Romneys corporation bain capital bought dade and chopped it into little pieces and sold them off to other corporations. He made millions on the deal and 2000 Americans lost their decent paying middle class jobs in Miami. My neighbor now sells stuff on ebay to pay his bills.
