Ok, the way I see it, I really don't give a fuck overall what religion people are part of (i think that technically makes me agnostic?). For the majority, those 65% of religious people who think of heaven as a means to ease the stress and gather a peace of mind, that's fine. That's textbook phychology. My pet peeve is the other 35% who try to 'spread the word' and make others see things their way, without considering that they actually have a different view. That pisses me off.
Oh and I am a Catholic and I definitely believe actions are more important than beliefs. I encourage you to do your research before you generalize all Christians as the same. While most Christian lifestyles are described perfectly in your videos, I know for a fact you came nowhere close to the Catholic lifestyle. @Londron I am agnostic. Usually, it's the atheists and theists that make up dumb conclusions and hypothesises about the Origin of Humanity. It must be hard to live without believing in anything. @RCXDNerdProductions You mention dumb conclusions and then proceed to give several of your own. Atheism and agnosticism are not mutually exclusive. In fact most (non-religious) atheists are agnostic atheists. Gnosticism/agnosticism is to do with knowledge. Theism/atheism is to do with belief.
@490er Belief and faith are not the same thing. Faith is a subset of belief. Faith is belief without, or in spite of, evidence. Atheism doesn't mean 'no faith' btw. It means lack of belief in deities, fullstop. There are even religious atheists: Jains, most Buddhists etc.

First, the sheer amount of damage done by religion is beyond comparison to that of atheists. Second, where many religions contain tenets, laws, and commandments that advocate violence, sexism, racism, and tribalism, atheism has NONE. Nothing inherent to atheism calls for violence, thus, it is never a logical motivator for such things.

Any Bible found there would be burned, and the owner would be arrested or "disposed". The Soviet Union was an athetist state, as it recommended it's citizens to stay away from churches. In Albania, under Enver Hoxha, religion was completely disallowed. Anyone with faith was tortured until they were forced to sign a contract for it. Look it upif you don't believe me.

Sometimes thing happen to lead to other things. I'm not going to try to convert you. Just to let you know that my grandfather died or cancer, and listen. Yeah, I prayed that he wouldn't. But his death led my dad to be a way better person and led me to become closer to God. It was his time to go, you know?

My major problems with religion are that religion gives people excuses to do bad things, and also, according to churches, everything I have is because of God, not because I worked hard. I could work hard all my life and become a great person who will be remembered for my accomplishments, but according to Christianity its not because I worked hard, but because God willed it to happen that it happened, and I don't know about anyone else but that's a depressing concept to me.

Like! I was once a former Christian. I found praying about as helpful as talking to a wall. My prayers that I hoped to be answered -- like watching paint dry. I honestly believe God is as real as Santa and the Easter Bunny. What really gets me, is St. Nicholas (Santa) was real. He gave to the poor. Nowadays, stories are different: He goes down your chimney, and flies a sled. The same thing happened in the Bible with Jesus. I hate knowing I'll likely just rot when I die (oblivion)! I Need Proof!

@Londron I am agnostic. Usually, it's the atheists and theists that make up dumb conclusions and hypothesises about the Origin of Humanity. It must be hard to live without believing in anything. @RCXDNerdProductions You mention dumb conclusions and then proceed to give several of your own. Atheism and agnosticism are not mutually exclusive. In fact most (non-religious) atheists are agnostic atheists. Gnosticism/agnosticism is to do with knowledge. Theism/atheism is to do with belief.

First, the sheer amount of damage done by religion is beyond comparison to that of atheists. Second, where many religions contain tenets, laws, and commandments that advocate violence, sexism, racism, and tribalism, atheism has NONE. Nothing inherent to atheism calls for violence, thus, it is never a logical motivator for such things.

There is no need for human division over idealogies that people have no valid conclusion over. Although I am atheist, I still do admit, something IS responsible for creation, but religious people make hypothesises'. It's miscomprehension of religion. @MrAtheism33 Well, North Korea is mainly an Athetist country. There is no religion of tolerance of religion there. Any Bible found there would be burned, and the owner would be arrested or "disposed". The Soviet Union was an athetist state, as it recommended it's citizens to stay away from churches. In Albania, under Enver Hoxha, religion was completely disallowed. Anyone with faith was tortured until they were forced to sign a contract for it. Look it upif you don't believe me.

Despite that God does frequently cast disasters and it seems that many people use threats to make people Christians ( like: you'll go to hell ). A good Christian relationship should not be foundated on fear of suffering in eternity.

My major problems with religion are that religion gives people excuses to do bad things, and also, according to churches, everything I have is because of God, not because I worked hard. I could work hard all my life and become a great person who will be remembered for my accomplishments, but according to Christianity its not because I worked hard, but because God willed it to happen that it happened, and I don't know about anyone else but that's a depressing concept to me.

I think its horrible that people live with the thought that God is inside their brain, scrutinizing every action, deciding if, but not revealing until death if someone is good enough to go to heaven or will spend eternity suffering. The countries with the most Atheists are the best to live in, so its not like religion is needed. In the US, bible belt cities have the highest crime rates!. I think most people can "be good for goodness sake", and because they want to live in a fair, caring world.

Like! I was once a former Christian. I found praying about as helpful as talking to a wall. My prayers that I hoped to be answered -- like watching paint dry. I honestly believe God is as real as Santa and the Easter Bunny. What really gets me, is St. Nicholas (Santa) was real. He gave to the poor. Nowadays, stories are different: He goes down your chimney, and flies a sled. The same thing happened in the Bible with Jesus. I hate knowing I'll likely just rot when I die (oblivion)! I Need Proof!

@KarbineKyle You weren't a former Christian. You were a person that believed that there was a God. Now you dont because of some prayers He didnt answer? People have taken prayer as if they are the God and not God Himself. "God, do this for me, do that for me,"when everything that God will do has already been done from the foundation of the world. What will you do for Him is how you get your prayers answered. If you ask God to grow you a field of Corn. Does He do it? Or do u plant the seed 1st?

@KarbineKyle Im Apostolic. I dont know if you have been in that church before. I have gotten prayers answerd and i have had some prayers that have not cause God said no thats not my plan for your life so no or no you dont really need that you will live not every prayer gets answerd and i have had my days were i feel like im talking 2 the walls but you just have to know God hears them. Jesus Loves You and you know it lol :) n Jesus is real!! and so is hell and we have proof called the Bible

@KarbineKyle You wont rot when you die. You will go to hell. Hell is real. Dont believe me?? need proof?? The bibles proof. Sorry to say but one day (if you dont turn back to God) you will burn in Hell for ever (along with the rest who doesnt turn to God). And Gods not going to answer all your prayers. Hes not! He doesnt because thats not his will for your life.

@peturr916Im sorry.The bible is the truth,the way,and the life.Im young and have had so many prayers that I thought were important to me and that I thought I needed answered.But God said no cause that wasnt his will for my life and i have learned to except that.The bible says that faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:1 KJV) You should have faith not proof but faith. Also I have had so many prayers answered and i got them answered by having faith.

You're not going to go to any paradise ruled by a violent jackass, who has destroyed the earth many more times than his evil counter part (why he created his own enemy? He was probably high) and had killed many humans for his mistakes. You're not going to heaven because heaven is now, not after you die. Live your life, because it's the only life you're getting.

@LUCHADORCLOCK i am not! I am going to go to heaven I know i am. Also dont call God that word. I dont cuss so im not going to say that nasy word. He created his own people to choose for themselfs who they serve Heaven is not now. Heaven is when I die or when he comes back for his people:) I WILL oneday be with Jesus. So I will life my life for Jesus now and when he comes :) you choose what you want to believe. Just remember me on judement day please weather you believe its going to happen or not

If you call your selves faithful and selfless, are you not doing something for your self? I live for the now. I will not let christianity or any other abrahamic faith get away with so many atrocities. I will never forgive your god. It was because of him that the legacy of the Natives of the Americas are no more.

Another thing, sins, there are no sins, they're facts of life. Nobody is truly evil. There is no evil to be delivered from. Ok lemme give an example to show the stupidity of this statement.. Lets say a teacher tells a student : do this homework or i kill you. And then, after that, the teacher decides to do the homework of the student so the student can be saved from death..........WTF? So you say god intentionnaly sacrificed himself so we would not have to succumb to his wrath?

I choose to follow the bible and God because well this world has umm lets see what for me?? drugs, smoking,happiness that doesnt last,oh oh oh wait clothes that show every thing of the body (ewwwwww) yeah thats how i want to live.
