  • Pickwick, one of the largest and best-known marketers of "bargain" LP's (anywhere from 49 cents to $1.99, depending on the retailer and material), always used "filler" when releasing albums of songs from hit recordings, movies, TV, and Broadway. In this instance, only ONE song from "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown" [the title song] was featured on this 1967 album. The rest was "public domain" material of other children's songs, originally recorded years earlier for their "Cricket" label.
