Gun on gun? Just go barebones. Seriously, Barebones removes any and all killstreaks. And thats in every CoD if I remember correctly (Or at least since CoD 4). Im not a 'hardcore gamer' or anything like that but if I just wanna shoot somebody and find people who hide Im rocking support for those UAVs, and an emp to take out bigger killstreaks like an AC-130. Not exactly -hard-. Oh, this is coming from a 'scrub' btw. :P

Well I don't know how to fix the problem but I think the support package is definitely a way to let newer players have a fighting chance over the more experience players. Although new things in the game is not always better, from an economic stand point, getting more people to play a game is always better.

@roogey Most people use assassin, so UAV and CUAV are useless. Shooting it down isn't practical because it's not everyone carries a stinger 24/7, and killing myself to switch to an anti air class just for one UAV, just to have another one used right after it is pointless. Use assassin, great there goes one perk choice. If he's watching a corner aiming right where you will be, it doesn't matter if he's flashed or stunned. Sound whoring only works if they're moving.

This is why I run the specialist strike package, you never hear anyone complain about the all perk bonus. It keeps the game gun on gun, and it's awesome when you earn it and go into super saiyan mode.

And it is even more ridiculous in BOps because you can stay at your camp spot and get kills from shooting down air support. Even commenators will get out of the action and say "gonna let my chopper go to work and get my reaper". The fact you can sit in a corner and go from predator to chopper to reaper without moving or killing anyone is ridiculous and very common. Honestly you make no sense.

U do actually have a point with the killstreak spam, yesterday i went 52 - 0 i was running reaper ac130 , osprey gunner and hardline pro, i got 11 kills with my gun, 7 to get my first reaper when i came out of the osprey had so many assists that counted as kills only needed 4 kills for the next reaper, felt like i spent that entire game in a laptop.
