Just some calcification from an accident she was in a few years ago when she struck the steering wheel. These things can spontaneously go away on their own. It wouldn't surprise me if the real "mass" was the religious indoctrination in her head, not her breast. People imagine things all the time to justify their religion.
Well, yes and no. While the Pilgrims were very religious, they did suffer from religious persecution in England because their religious views were different from the majority (i.e. the Anglican church).
