I actually think korean is a tonal language... seems most of the single initial consonant (g, p, t, 0, n, r...) are in low tone, and all aspirated (kh, ph, th...), double consonant and s, h are in high tone. and it seems to me that the only difference between ga and kha is the tone.

와 (wa)
왜 외 (weh - wè) (ils sont le même)
워 - wuo (la son en englais)
위 - wee/ la son comme huit
의 eui/ la son terminé comme bruit - le son "uit"
