...is anyone aware this is not an "inverted kneebar"(which doesn't exist as such there's a belly down kneebar and a kneebar) or a heel hook (which uses the body to torque the heel) or an ankle lock...it's a toe hold...it's pretty obvious too if your familiar with lower body submissions as it involves holding the foot...really guys?

Minowaman is kind of a legend fighter in Japan, hes getting old these days though he still has a huge fan base, his actions in the ring wont change it.

Well firsty, there is a big weight difference to think about, I think Sapp is sitting at around 160kgs at the moment and Minowa usually fights around 85kgs.. But Minowa is by far the more experienced and skilled fighter between the 2. It is a hard fight to pick, Either the fight will go to ground and Minowa will play him there to a submution OR Sapp will catch a lucky blow to Minowa damaging him pretty badly for a KO or TKO.. Cant say which way it will go!

If you know anything about K1 you will know that they have the K1 Dynamite event held every year on New Years which consists of K1 Max rules and K1 Heros Rules (MMA). You should also know that K1 Heros is MMA Rules and is still K1. Think, Read and get your facts right before posting and making a fool of yourself.

It's K1 Dynamite, its an event held every year in Japan on New Years. Most of the fights are for entertainment and arnt serious matchups. There are official fights but they are for the under 18s K1 Rules. So they also have K1 Heros Rules which you can see in this fight here. (MMA)
