  • That's just wrong and cruel, i hope someone slit that guys throat after this...

  • Oh my God - what is this country coming to! Someone get this onto 60 minutes or TV and show people this is happening - I am in clomplete shock

  • There is nothing humane about maiming a possum and letting it jump around in pain before eventually slitting its throat. I agree its easy to eat meat when u buy it already glad wrapped but suely there is a better way to slaughter any animal without torturing it first - cuddly or not. Tasmanians should be ashamed. Tasmania want sto start commercially harvesting possums. Send them a msg to reception@tourism (dot) tas(dot)gov (dot) au

  • I am absolutely torn up inside, seeing the poor 'stunned' animals lie there struggling, obviously terrified and in pain, just waiting for their throats to be slit. And seeing the pouch young whacked against the work bench, when it would have almost been at an age of independence.

  • I am so Disgusted

  • This is insulting to watch such acts made by fellow humans to the species that share this planet with us. Can I ask though, really where do we draw the line, why is it that this is so shocking to us, and yet eating meat from a supermarket is acceptable? How do we categorize animals to feel shocked by the slaughter of the cute fluffy ones, but not by the ones that we see roaming the farms all around? Is it that our appetites dictate what we should feel is outrages?

  • This is an absolute outrage! As a wildlife carer who has spent hundreds of hours raising these beautiful animals, this treatment of them is disgraceful.

Tasmanians should be ashamed of themselves.

  • OMG hOW SAD!!!

  • Sorry, I know that there is probably important information and I should watch the entire video, but I can't.

  • These are aliens!

No human could do what is witnessed here!

Slaughter is one thing, this is something completely different.

When will man learn that ALL things are related.

You can not do anything that goes un-noticed in the universe,

They are only fooling themselves, not karma.

    Poor souls-all of them.
