You have to buy a copy on inFamous. Then in the box there's a voucher for the beta. You turn it over and there's a code on the back of the voucher. You go to Account Management and redeem codes I believe and enter the code in then download and install the beta and voila you have the beta for Uncharted 2: Among Thieves online multiplayer!
