The scripts all went through the US studio first as the character was based on (and in the english version voiced by) Don Adams from Get Smart. The english version was always recorded first as Adams routinely ad libbed and the ad libs are translated. The only 'french canadian' thing was the character art designer. Learn to read the credits asshat.
