What is the "Pressure Switch" for?

the strips on the side of the foregrip come off so you can insert your pressure switch which activates electronic devices on the rail above like a strobe, laser or surefire flashlight. This is more of a bench rifle size bipod for tactical situations and is made in israel with military grade components. The freaking legs are picitany rails! Cool!
