@sweetkisses4uonly no interval is a tremendous oxygen load on you. you don't want to even do more than like 30 minutes, 20 minutes is enough for most people. the fat loss comes in that interval because the body is shocked into requiring immediate energy [fat] so it won't deplete your muscles, which you can lose in normal training.
