Obviously, the Holly/Artemis thing would work considering [spoiler] what happened concerning the Atlantis Complex pairing of Turnball and his significant other. Clearly it's possible to have an elf/human romance, but whether or not we'll see that in the next book is completely left open thanks to Mr. Colfer's brilliant yet slightly annoying method of taking us all by surprise, ALL THE TIME. XD Anyway, there seems to be the possibility of Holly and Trouble too, but of course, WHO KNOWS? :P
Holly and Artemis should be a couple. But from what has been said about that topic we get some "Yes there may be romance" as well as "No that would be wrong" from E.C. Personally I have been a fan of Holly/Arty since the beginning.
Hopefully this book will do the ending justice and close it on a well said manner. Guess we'll have to wait and see. :)
I personaly think it would be wonderful if Artemis and Holly got married or engaged. (Happly ever after) but... How would that work? I mean were would they live? And in this book I think Artemis will be way too busy plotting agianst Opal. I agree with serranojessica and WhiteoutRocks. But you never know... Mabye. Eoin Cofler is full of surprises!
there has got to be mutch more to the plot than that eoin has written more epic storylines in the earlyer books, it hass to have a bit more meat to the story so i wanna see whats haponing, as for the charicters i think at some point everyone has there epic moments, even number 1
