hey men why in anime studio pro 7 when i use the pan tool my vectors whit shape i cant see the shapes and in anime studio pro 6 i can see

Yeah, you use it with the pencil tool.

I have Anime Studio Debut 7 and a BAMBOO drawing tablets (Do not work with GIMP) and it works with ASD7 but it do not sense the prechure so it works more like a normal mouse.

Hi, I'm trying to drop an image from a folder/group into another folder (or even only just out of this folder)... but it doesn't work.

I grabbed my image a thousand times, I saw this red line light up (or another folder turning red, when trying to put into a folder), I dropped it... but it doesn't stay there.

Why, doesn't it work?

Hey i have been watching your tutorials (they are quite good by the way), and i know from experience with so many computer programs that it's important to preview a project so you can see what it looks like when you finish, but when i go into the File menu for MY anime studio, there seems to be no render option. Also, CTRL+R does nothing. Could this be because i dont have the pro version? Do you know why this is or if theres a way for me to be able to see the output preview?

ok i got everything you showed me and all but i have one problem. First of all just for reference i have Animation studio pro 5, i Do Own it and my computer is practically new(with good hardware). My problem is when i try to render or preview it, the preview screen will freeze up my computer and then i have to log off. Do you have any solutions?

As a matter of fact, I may have a solution, but its not ideal.

I had a similar problem to this on my on computer. No explaination, but when I tried to render, it rendered it, then would never finish, it just froze. Then one time, when I tried to CTRL-ALT-DEL and end it, the render finished. After that, every render, (until I shut down) worked fine.

- Summary -

Render something

After it freezes, wait 30 seconds/1 minute

Press CTRL-ALT-DEL and it should then work.

If it dosent, then im not sure

You can get it to lip sync for you, but its not very accurate. All it does is swaps the layer when it detects sound. You end up with something like out of a starfox game.

Cel shading?

I thought that was more associated with 3D, but you could get something similar.

You would just have to make and "shaded" effects with a blur value of 0.

You want the circle to split during drawing, or during animation (eg circle gets cut in half)

You need to make sure that all your points form a shape with no gaps.

You need to make sure that you have selected all these points with the create shape tool.

It should turn checkered then.

You can still make animations, but you wont be able to use effects, or post any videos to youtube.

Its a pain like that.

I had the demo version but liked it so i bought the full but when i put in the serial and got the full no render or preview was in the drop file

Well then you must only have the basic version, not professional. I think its a bit harsh not to let you render though!

I remember back in the Moho days, you didnt have to worry about professional and not professional, it was all the same.

Thank you for making these basics tutorials for we unpracticed people. Of all the tutorials I've seen for Anime Studio thusfar, yours have been the only ones I can actually follow without getting lost.

The blue box is basically the camera, you can only see whats inside it. If you want more to be seen inside it, then use the zoom tool and zoom out.

Its the Icon of the camera with the up/down arrow, or you can just use the shortcut key (5)

You use the icon that looks like a bean (Make shape).

Select the points that make up the shape, and make sure they create a complete loop,(no gaps), and then press space.
