  • My great grandparents died in Armenia in 1915, the Turks have'm walking in the desert, leaving them to die of thirst, hunger, despair. Why? Why? Because they were Christians and considered less than nothing as Armenians. This is genocide is genocide and it has not been recognized by the Turkish government. Some extremists might say that it is the Armenians who killed Turks, that they are the perpetrators of genocide but why? They have proven time! Time of suffering! I wanted to know you

    R.I.P

  • In 2005, UNESCO proclaimed the Armenian duduk as a "Masterpiece of the Intangible Heritage of Humanity

  • THIS TRACK IS PLAYED BY RUBEN HARUTYUNYAN AND THE NAME OF THE TRACK IS HOLY FATHER.. SEARCH RUBEN DUDUK FOR MORE VIDEOS.

  • great song love the sound does anyone know what key thats in

  • @shadowpheonix666

it is in B flat Minor, slightly off key; played on

  • @shadowpheonix666

it is in B flat Minor, slightly off key; played on DUDUK (?), a woodwind instrument; possibly a type of shawm.

  • @shadowpheonix666: this is in B flat Minor, and slightly off key. The piece is played on Duduk, a woodwind instrument of the shawm family, as far as I can guess.

    Evocative, isn't it?

  • hold the phone!! georgia was the first christian state , and the first free under communism , nice try though

  • @skwid12 Hold the tie! Armenia was the 1st Christian state, and the 1st free state under Communism was Estonia. Nice try though.

  • @Rdk3000 Actually, wasn't the first free state under Communism (if we're talking about late 20th century) Lithuania? They were in the same year (1991), but I believe Lithuania regained its independence a few months before Estonia.

  • @tempusborealis Yes, my mistake. The Baltic nations were ultimately the first to declare independence.

  • Full of emotions.. That's the international language of music.. No borders..

  • Armenians are not arab dear MrHowdyBoyz. As a matter of fact we are accepted as the first Christian country in the world.

  • @MrHowdyBoyz it's perfectly fine, did you know that the blue-eyes gene originally comes from Afghanistan?

  • @adojferz Bro-Civilization Started in the Middle East, but The Indo-Europeans (Light Eyed-Fair Skinned) started in the Armenian Highlands in the North Caucasus, and spread north from their. So Afghanistan... Babylon...i mean we did escape from Babylon, sort of makes sense.

  • Очень трогательно:(((((

  • Очень трогательно:-(

  • I'm from Romania and I know few things about Armenia. But I know for sure one thing that Armenia is a awesome country and It has one of the most astonishing culture I ever met . And the sonud of the DUDUK is the saddest thing a ever heard. It breaks my heart in million pisses . It is divine .

  • @jjonad if there is going to be a war we can do nothing to stop it. But that's not the point, the point of this whole conversation is that Turks have committed a genocide and should accept the fact instead of denying it.

  • Comment removed

  • @jjonad and we are not talking about bandits, we are talking about trained soldiers going out and killing innocent people, with government's approval.

name me one Armenian band that killed turks.

the only thing you do is talk with no specific examples. give me names, dates, and the names of the leaders that helped russians? you seem like an intelligent person, you should know.

and since when the word makes that much of a difference, let it be mass slaughter, let it be just killing

  • Comment removed

  • @jjonad but that doesn't change the events, 1.500,000 of my people were killed!!! what it had to be 6,000,000 for it to b considered a genocide. well i guess u should blame ur ancestors for not killing that many people.

  • "The denial of the Armenian genocide is dying twice for the victims"

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @jjonad yea right. Turks were always jealous of Armenians, especially when were were at the highest point of our cultural renaissance with the help of great Komitas Vardapet.

and turks were planning our death even before the war, and the war was a perfect opportunity for them to execute their plan. so Armenians were killed because of their religion and intelligence, plus never forget the Greeks, are you telling me Greeks were slaughtered cuz they helped Russians or because they lived better

  • @jjonad Armenians didn't help Russians, it was a pathetic excuse made by turks for the killing they done, it is so obvious.

you are telling me that it is not clear that Armenians were sent to the altar like a sacrificial innocent lambs? my ancestors survived the genocide, and trust me they had no reason to lie. you wanna know something interesting, my ancestors were really rich. so why would they leave their riches and run away?

  • Comment removed

  • @jjonad are you telling me the shouldn't consider the holocaust a genocide cuz it was WWII. do you make any sense? just because it was WWI doesn't mean that they had the right to kill 1.500,000 innocent people.

and where do your "facts" from? McDonald's?

what are you saying? 50,000 Armenians killing trukish are you out of your mind. if something like that happened why isn't anyone speaking of it? turkey is powerful enough to raise the "issue."

  • @jjonad and it would be a good excuse for the killing you have done.

think about what you are saying again.

  • @jjonad and i am not gonna get into that religious crap. Noah's ark was just an example

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @jjonad and when did we do that? plus jews are not just killing they are slaughtering people follow the news please.

what investigation are you talking about. do you actually think that turks would let people to investigate the land? they don't even let people search for noe's ark on mountain Ararat, which is suppose to be not true. they are afraid of the fact that people might actually find something.

  • @jjonad and here u r telling me that turks agreed to let archeologist to look for something that most of the countries say happened. u r not being realistic

  • After the great wars of liberation in Ottoman empire, when very few remained living Turkish men returned their homes. They saw their wife and children killed, raped and tortured by their Armenian friends. They got mad because they trusted their Armenian neighbours, they deemed them as brothers. Then the so called genocide began.

I say so called because,to call a mass muder genocide:this has to be a planned thing. The banishment of armenians was an order, but the murder was a revenge of innocents.

  • @lenort1634 could you identify me the war of liberation? cuz during those times TURKISH WERE TOO busy buying Mauser guns and planning the Armenian genocide. please go learn some history. and your story is pretty vague, which means some TURKISH grandpa told you these lies.

  • @garni08 @garni08

As you write I can feel the grudge and hatred that you have inside of you.

I want you to understand I didnt kill anybody I am not guilty of any crime. You say my predecessors are guilty and I say no because those were the days that nobody had mercy. Look at the link below: all of the european countries attacked us those days.

At Canakkale war 1915 over 250.000 turkish people died.

  • @lenort1634 hey hey don't try to seem smart here alright with the words "i can feel the grudge and hatred." it is already obvious that i hate you.

it is obvious that you couldn't have killed anyone in 1915, but had you the chance you would have done so. i hate you because you still try to deny that your ancestors have killed my people. The reason so many turks were killed is because they were kissing Germany's ass and were their ally.

  • @lenort1634 and i have never heard of so many turks that have died. during both world wars you helped Germany, but somehow after the wars were never punished, which i wish you were.

you are nothing but murderers who have done nothing but killing. look at your history please. you contributed nothing to this world nothing at all, that's why most of the European countries hate you.

    to communicate with HIM .

  • @jibsamkazzan Apres. :')

  • damn yo i had no clue that armenians went through so much. just wanna let you guys know i feel for you and you are a great nation of tough warriors in my eyes.

  • @elprobolon I see your comment and I know now not all americans hate other people from other countries.

Yes it is true, Armenia was the first to accept Christianity, and ever since 350AD to1923AD! Armenia has been ruled by Islamic Empires trying to convert us, and when we deny their faith they kill us by millions, and each one is just inhuman. The biggest Genocide took place in 1915 known as the Armenian Genocide. The Ottomans killed up to 1,500,000 million Armenians by sword and starvation.

  • @elprobolon Thirst by dragging us to the Syrian desert where Armenians at this time were about to be extinct.

In 300AD their were 30,000,000 million Armenians living but at the end of 1915 their were only.....1,000,000 left without any defense, homes, food, or water. Islam destroyed us, and thats why we will never forgive it. Empires started with the Persian empire, Arab Chaliphates, mongols, then Ottomans. We were by Jesus' side till our soon end, untill Ottomans finnaly collapsed.

  • @elprobolon Taxes were common, killings were common and ussually these people drag Armenian women out of their own homes forcing them to marry Persian, Arab, or Turk depending on the time period. Most of the time these women killed themselves because they cant stand their life any longer. When 1925 came, Armenia was and became a part of the Soviet Union. They helped us boost our economy, strengthen our land, Education, protection, and pride.

  • @elprobolon During the Soviet Union Many famous Armenians came to world, our country boomed and we have experienced this life for the first time. We were not scared, we were helped. No one could threaten us any more. But Turkey still tried to antagonize Armenia. They blame us of our coat of Arms. It had our mountian Mt. Ararat on it. It used to be ours but turkey took it away, like the rest of our land. Soviets then said "Why do you turks have the moon on your flag, you dont own it."

  • @elprobolon Turks realized they were making a mistake to threaten the Soviet Union and backed off. Armenia was still safe from the turks. Our population also grew, by 1923 1,000,000 to 10,000,000. (Armenian population world wide 2011: 12,000,000) By the ending of the Soviet Union we were demortalized, and combining the earthquake that hit Armenia in 1985 Armenia was in terrible condition. 1 hour of electric everyday and life was tough. I cant stand seeing so many deaths and cries from my people.

  • @elprobolon But now present day, Armenia is at its best, full electric every day, clean water all the time. Its like a great place to live and a great place to visit. I live in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia and I must say you should visit or see the amazing city. Its like Moskva or your New york. It just amazing. Armenias borders are at full protection, Armenian Army guards Borders from Georgia and Azerbajian, and The Russian Army guards borders from Turkey and Iran.

  • @elprobolon We have many relations with other countries. Our primary is with The European Union, Russia, Ukraine, and Belerus. Im dont know the rest but I saw it once on the internet and I was suprised. We rose from 1923 to 2011. Im sorry for writing this many comments to you! But I thank you for your kindness towards us! If your read all of my comments I would appreciate it. Thank you.

    watch?v=MMlgPrNQx_Y

  • @elprobolon Great grammar.

  • Music connects peoples.

  • duduki is georgians ok

  • @KintoAndCO Are u crazy??

  • @KintoAndCO so is everything else right? it either belongs to turks/azeri or you, nothing belongs to us nothing at all, although my country and my people are much older than yours.

We were just sitting there and waiting til you gerogians or turks would come and create new things for us to take. please people study some history before talking. thank you. dnt you think its enough already. we dance to a song you say the song is turkish and the dance is georgian or the other way around.

  • @KintoAndCO of course we lived next to each other for a long time, long enough for cultural diffusion to take place, but that doesnt mean we were the only ones in need of things. and i know for fact that Duduk belonged to Armenians, because i happen to one of those people who studies history.

  • watch Movie MAYRIG, great movie, tells all Armenia HIstory and story about the family that survived Armenian genocide in 1915...

  • beautiful,

    greetings from Persia.

  • i was believing that muslims are responsible for the disaster of 1915.but on the other hand, 'ittihat ve terakki''(committee of union and progress) were leaded by sabbatean jews which are labeled terminologically as ''dönmeh people'' or ''selaniklis''.the idological bacground of armenian genocide was conducted by these jews.interestingly these people always made profits from the movements against non muslim minoroties in modern turkey's history, like wealth tax of 1942 and İstanbul pogrom of 1955

  • @gilliali35 Oh my God! This makes me feel sad...But thank you for the informations.

  • Djivan Gasparyan - Avedis 301 - The Sacred One is the title of the piece enjoy :)
