So much has changed in just a year. Built up landscape, more benches and such. Nice smooth ride share and yes this north area is good for bike riding and allowed. Now patroled by friendly SAPD bike cops! Love seeing them there now!

City ordances prohibit bicycling on sidewalks. Is this part of the river expansion project designated as a bike path?
