Look close at 0:14... the trucker was cut off by another car, so don't be so quick to judge.

It is common... when ever there is any kind of action on the shoulder, people driving the cars just have to look and they forget to drive.

Lets increase the cost of getting a license to ... say... $500 each, then driving will improve.

The Truck driver was way passed the white line. Yes the driver was sitting next to the white line. The big truck was still way cross the line. Thank god the cop was not standing next to the side of the car.
