The guy is Marcus Lovett who starred as the Man in the original London production of Whistle Down the Wind which opened the year this concert was given which is why it is Whistle Down the Wind-heavy.

LOL I AM christian, and to me this song is a bit blasphemous. But it makes me want to dance so badly that I can't help but absolutely love it. So I guess it's a guilty pleasure no matter which way your spirituality lies!! :D

This song isn't blasphous. Jesus is carried the cross to the hill, and Satan appears to Jesus in the form of Judas, asking him all of these questions, trying to get Christ to doubt Himself. And even with all of these questions, Jesus still chooses to die of us.
