Jarvan can't really play as a DPS, because look Yi (his jump), look trynda (his spin), look jax (his jump), graves ( his dash), corki (his flying), Sion (his stun), Xin(his dash), Nocturn (his fear/and dark hand)
All DPS have something for chase but, him, he have only tanky skill.
Don't play him as a DPS play him as tank or offtank.
