The last 30 seconds of this video shows she has never taken an economics class. She is speaking as though the lowering of interest rates by the Federal Reserve is a bad approach policy wise. A falling dollar for an economy as weak as the US was in early 2009 is just the sort of policy needed.
The US should really institute an economics prerequisite for aspiring members of Congress.
