you go girl! it takes WORK to look like that and maintain it! i've lost 90 on my own and LOVE working out. never thought i would! lol. i was 270 pounds.. have about 30 more i would like to get off. but i have type 1 diabetes so it's a little difficult to lose. started a raw foods diet last year and decided to get back on it. 75 to 100% raw. hoping it will help me lose some more weight. thanks for the vids! keep 'em coming!
