Also since it seems your new to this game you can have a 14th safehouse in the game, its a pleaseance deed for the land. You can get it from doing a stranger mission when you pay a old man 200 bucks for the land then kill him get money back, and then finish the strangers mission and then shoot him as well and loot body then you get the deed and SaHo
