look at the end of the video. You can see the camera guy is RIGHT next keiths amp heads..... maybe 3 feet away or so. Plus if you watch this guys other videos of keith in studio you can see keith look right at the camera.

Keith would know by now b/c the video for sweet thing from this same account now has 140,000+ views.

My answer is they are prob letting it go b/c it means more people see Keith or they are gonna release it on DVD at some point, perhaps as a special edition of the album.

I do know this though, EMI who own Capitol Records (Keith's record company) and who also manage music like Coldplay, Kylie Minogue and Crowded House would have gotten rid of these videos if they had any problem.
