When the wolf first growled in the woodlands from its first scene I shit myself, used to terrify me. This scene doesn't scare me as much. "If we're gonna die anyway, I'd rather die fighting!.... Come for me G'mok...I am Atreyu!!' if you read the book, G'mok is trapped by a spell to a chain and the only person that can release him has suicidally walked into the nothing.

I still have nightmares about that thing to this very day. Amazing film, but my gods, the G'Mork is utterly terrifying. The scene where the minister is blessing the house and the door shuts, flys hit and the house tells him to get out. #2- When the demon from the exorcist is waiting on father Merrin and those fox eyes just really left a big impression on me. Then there is the wolf in the never ending story. WTF. They knew kids were impressionable.
