  • does they give money to charities?

  • @sembradora01 I think this is perhaps unlikely.

  • Sorry my arabic is a little rusty.

  • Thank you for the comment. JackB21

  • COME ON! Slaves are constructing all of these "wonderfull" venues, and they are being... nevermind.

  • @JPMartin5 no slaves in dubai, actualy, mexicans earn less in the US than asian in dubai ! so slaves are in the usa

  • @lauriersroses333 I think that Dubai is a terrific place and people get a chance to earn money there - more than they would in their own country.

  • @JackBarnett21 true,i been in dubai befor, was last year and talked to many workers there, specialy asian, they are so thanksfull and happy, and yes they earn much more than in their own country, much more. ppl who talk bad about duabai, they never been there

  • @lauriersroses333 I hope to go to Dubai this year and enjoy the sunshine and swimming. We shall see.

  • @JackBarnett21 hehe:) yes i hope that for u :) actualy i will go bck there2,hopefuly in autumn, last year i went there with my kids and honestly i did not enjoy the night-life there bcz of kids,so this year i would love to go there alone :) huge number of asian-girls there :) have u been there befor ?

  • @lauriersroses333 I have been about 9 times - one of my family lives there with his family.

  • @JackBarnett21 ah ok,lucky you,so u have seen most of dubai i guess :)

  • @lauriersroses333 well you're right. notice I made my comment a year ago. but I think all Dubai lovers are a bit in denial.. I admit we have things to work on here in the US...

  • @JPMartin5 hi:) yes i know and i saw it,i just wanna post a comment to u hehe :)actualy less-payd workers are in everycountry i think, but in dubai, most of the workers are happy,i been there last year and believe me,i talk to many of them, they seems happy.and u right u have a lot of work to do in the us :) peace

  • @lauriersroses333 huh?????happy you sure???

  • @jane24t yes im sure :) well just imagine if it hard for u to get a job in the us and u go to canada, get job there and earn 5 times more than in the us,so u suport ur family there and save money to buy a house or a appartement in few years only !! would u be happy or not ??????

  • @lauriersroses333 erm totally not true , first there is minimum wage in the USA secondly they are not conned by recruiting agents to come into the country and have their passport confiscated like in the UAE

  • i have visited dubai on a number of occasions and generally find it fantastic!

  • dubai seems amazing!!!!!!!!!!!

  • that is very interesting - thank you.

  • it's not a river.

this is the longest underground mall.

it connects Dubai Int'l Financial Center (DIFC) with Burj Dubai.

  • wow its really nice out there

  • Greetings. Thanks for the explanation.

  • Yes it is amazing for the amount of stuff that was being built when I was there in Jan Feb.

  • dear JackBranett21, Your answer it's not going to be a river it's a underground connection of 5 buildings, you would be able to walk for example from building A to building C without going outside in the heat, and you will be surrounded by shopping malls! I worked on Emirate towers witch have the same thing! greetings

  • sooooo much construction over there

  • if a country was going to build the deepest building - certainly Dubai would stand in line to have a go at it.

  • just through in it out..what if instead of doing the tallest building it is the deepest building but i dont think its possible

  • looks like a subway...

  • I am not sure. I think it looks like some kind of river but i suppose a river would evaporate in the july heat. More information readers please.

  • The area will be a underground mall.

The bit your standing on will be the finnised floor level

  • thank you - very interesting. jack

  • that's what i couldnt figure. perhaps a river bed, perhaps a sunken road? You guess is as good as mine.

  • what do they building?????
