  • @seerusgod Sorry to comment on an old video, but why didn't you just use the same buffer zone and undisturb zone as the corner orienting step? Mirror algorithms could be used so that the zones could be the same for the whole corner process. This would be helpful for people that are new to blindsolving because they would not have to memorize both zones. Just a thought. Great video btw

  • @VonPawn The reason for this is because of the fact that the mirror algorithms are, in my opinion, not as fluent and harder to do. By changing the zones that people work with, it ultimately makes the solving easier for myself. Then again, others may have other preferences, this is just how I teach.

  • For corners I prefer old pochman, Because you permute one corner per time, with enough practice (I haven't had enough practice yet) you can solve all corners in the same time it takes to just orient them in this method. It just takes a little more thought on the setup moves the first few times you try it.

I'll go to the edges and see if that's more efficient

  • u r awesome ma awesome!!! i cud solve the cube with eyes open in 1 min, but now i m getting this tutorial, u really helped me, now i can solve it till this step blidfolded :)

  • Yay! Now I can orientate the corners blindfolded! Thank you!!!!

  • could you please list all the permutations in one spot, thanks

  • who taught you how to do it? Is there a video of the person who you learned from?

  • ouch. i was waiting for it to move and the silicon is my cube is fresh, and it went by my face and now i have a head ache from the fumes.

  • if were blindfolded how do we no were the peace is to put in the buffer zone

  • But How would you know what number geos to what number if your blindfolded

  • Do you think that blindsolving involves taking a randomly scrambled cube and solving it without ever looking at it first? That would be impossible. You obviously don't know much about cubing.

  • pwndu

  • u speak this tutorial a if the cube is scrambled the same way everytime

  • He explains how to move certain blocks, you can do that from any position.

  • yea i relize that now that i have gotten a little farther into the tutorial

  • Good :)

  • thx man, youv been a real big help

  • u no i really dont need to no this cuz ur confusing so ya good luck all u peaple

  • I hope you know that this is one of the easiest parts. Everyone has gotten past this part except you.

  • well if it was more straight forward then id undersand it

  • well if you were less faggish we might give a shit

  • oooooooooo big bad wolf mad up his own word faggish and if u see comment sais 1 month ago mabye i saw it bye now like say 2 mins after i maid the comment and moved on well u on this video now leads me to beleve ur just learning yesterday (faggish making up words to describe urself lol) as of now i dont give a shit about ur comments

  • wtf are u tlking about i speak english dumass

  • fast forward it when your solving and play benny hill

  • thx dude i needed this info :D

  • ei yow!!!

    tnx for ur vid!!!

now my Personal best In bld is 5.xx mins!!

    tnx a lot dude

  • wow soft me personal best without blindfold is 1 min 18 i cant blinfold cuz i dont want to learn new method of solving

  • just a little tip for everyone, this is how i got used to the the algurithums, solve the cube and do them over and over, if the cube goes back to its finished form after a few time u did it right and your fingers get used to it

  • actually, i do car

    that helps me

  • [reply to squish face ben]

    *care

  • i care

  • and no one cares about you,squishfaceben2,or rather,dickfaceben2

  • stfu

  • gayboy

  • @paintballchamp100 Another great way to do it is to solve a cube using only blindsolve algorithms. For example, after you learn all the algorithms of course, use the blindsolve algorithms to solve the cube while your'e looking. That's how I memorized full PLL, I scrambled and solved a cube using only T perm, then only using Y perm, then M perm, etc.

  • when you say oriented at 2.34,

oriented meaning in according to which side?

  • The top and bottom faces.

  • huh? u say 1 is opposite 5, 2 is opposite 6, and so on..but when u turn the cube around, u say 5678 rite..when u say dat, 5 will be opposite of 3.. and 6 willl be opposite of 4

  • Um......... what?

  • XD!

  • I do now. That was a while ago I made those videos.

  • yay! i did the 1st step

  • what do u mean by cheating?

  • I meant that you need to be able to solve a rubik's cube without any help, just your own knowledge.

  • Taking the cube apart and putting back together without actually solving is cheating.

  • 43 quintillion combinations (43,000,000,000,000,000,000)

  • OMG, when you showed the cube in the beginning, MY CUBE HAS THE EXACT SAME SCRAMBLE! WTF!

What are the chances? Like, 1 in how many positions are there? 14 000 000 000 000?

  • oh i know now!!!thnx!!

  • what is T-Perm & J-Perm??

  • just a special name for the algs u will learn doing this

  • i dont know the names of the perms, so i dont know

  • need part 3 too

  • in need of a part 3 lol

  • You can burn, you obviously don't have a clue about this. It is helpful, I can do almost blindsolve thanks to these videos.

  • ur 4x4x4 tutorial is even worse

  • did you watch the first vid?!?! if you did, you would completly understand

  • I did watch the first vid, and I guess I'm being a little harsh. After all, seerusgod personally taught me to blindsolve.

  • my brain just melted... and came out my nose

  • Ur 4x4 tutorial is even worse than this
