2:55 - 3:33 Hoekstra is 100% correct. The strategy of the radical Islamist is to create independent opreatives who will commit acts of terrorism. One can go to any of the Jihadist web sites and see this. Part of the power of this strategy is that countries in Western Europe and North America will have their hands tied and be unable to respond because of concerns about potential "backlash" against regular Muslims who are good people. We can't hide from this threat but how can we address it?
