the intruiging thing about Plymouth is why anyone would want to live there? Whilst the centre isnt bad despite a lack of up maket shops, most of the residential areas are almost ghettos that should be bulldozed, the planning is a joke .......whos idea was it to put that glass shop right on the front in the Barbican ? he should be shot!
