I have the exact same vette, black on black, my third vette. I love this car, inside and out, rides nice and performs awsome. But I cant her it, I'm floored in 1st and 2nd and my radion playing quietly is killing my exhaust.. Tell me about your upgraded tails. did you do the entire exhaust, headers and all, did you do it yourself and how much...? thanks so much.

hey. In this video the only thing on the car is a Flowmaster American Thunder Exhaust. Very cheap system cost only ~$450 (compared to $1300 for corsa or borla) and has a very very nice deep rumble (my friend and i did the install). I purchased LG Longtube headers ($1100) which are yes one of the cheapest headers but they are AMAZING. that set up came with the X pipe and once it stops snowing were gonna install that too. Ill have a vid before and after install so people can hear the diff.

Yea I was looking At the dealer they have a 2009 z51 red with 4lt I might buy that and trade in a year or so the Z is a completely different animal and besides its going to be my first vette.

Yeah, its all personal preference. Really if you havent owned a sports car before this is a great one to start out on. The Z is just insane and might be a little too much if you just jump into that from an average car. If you have owned fast cars then youd be fine with the Z. But really, this car is not that much slower than a Z. some cheap mods and your cought up in power for way less than the price of the Z. And these LS3 vettes are so nice. And the 4LT leather is sweet.

yeah. i think black is pretty much the best color on most cars. its just a pain to keep clean, but theres nothin better than a freshly waxed black vette.

Yeah, the black is hard to keep clean but i think it is by far the best color on almost any car as long as its got a glass shine on it. And thanks. Were planning on going back to the strip soon and if so i will have videos posted of that. I also plan on "digitally creating" some on road 0-60 pulls and like 45-120mph and stuff like that. Good luck with your Z. They are amazing cars. My friend has a 06 one and it is a beast.

Its unfortunately an Auto. Its a daily driver. I plan on buying a C6 Z06 later on. And the acceleration is AMAZING! Check out my other vid. I hit 60 in a friends driveway. check my other vids.
