Chinese Style Sponge Cup Cake

I have tried to make this cake a couple of times but each time the texture of my cake is too wet and not fluffy. Please tell me what did I do wrong?

your hands are your best tool!!!thats why the chef doesnt need mixer to whisk the egg whites and he doesnt need spoon to pour the batter lol

I am not the one in this video but after tried success. Here recipe for this cake is

Follow all step from this video you need:

6 egg

1 cup cake flour

1 cup half & half milk

1 cup confectioner powder sugar

but remember don't use all egg yolk milkmixture just look careful this guy didn't use all, he only use half. And at the last using folding technic fold egg yolk milk mixture into egg white beat then bake 350 for 25 minute. Any question email me at mytrang0216@yahoo.com
