  • Solder is basicaly metal you heat up and use like he did in the video, it was the thin wire he was using. And my question is can you have the wireless turned on to see if you put them in right or not?

  • @MikeFlowSwag

you would have to keep the back part of the shell on your controller in order to be able to put a battery pack in to test it.It wouldn't be a problem though :)

  • @frasertmay you MUST take the old leds out

  • @MyCustomXbox i applaud what you are doing so much. you sell supplies to people who want to do it themselves. and that is heroic. and for a relatively cheap price. that is great it lets people like me do awesome paint jobs without having to worry about the place where i find all of the stuff.

  • I want a matte silver back for a wired controller, so I can have a wired reach controller with white buttons, analogs and trim.

  • You said not to use tweezers

  • @PxUxRxEoLegacy If you're talking about him saying don't use tweezers in part 1, I'm pretty sure he meant don't use them to get the old LED's off, because you'll just end up crushing them.

  • Why is there a delay between the 1 and 4th led with the 2nd and 3rd?

  • how do u take the leds off and can you do a yellow led tutorial?

  • i just installed white LEDs onto my controller today. Let me tell you what, its a tough task but it's the biggest sign of relief when your done and all the LEDs are flashing. It took about hour and half but was totally worth it. Thanks for this very instructional video.

  • are the + and - the same on a wireless

  • if i bought these LED's would they work on the xbox 360 console?

  • How do you know which way is the right way to put the LEDs in (as in the + and-)? Is there a pattern?

  • can you tell me how to change the led that lights up the "X" in the middle?

  • @kevinegen

there is no light that lights it up.

  • @MyCustomXbox ya i thought about it after i said it. it was just that all the mod vids show it lighting up.

  • @MyCustomXbox actually, there is a way, however it takes away one of the leds away from the ring of light because it uses there spot on the controller.

  • do you paint faces on the controllers if you do please make a tut

  • @lordfranz24

sorry but no we dont paint faces onto controllers.

  • Hey I just put some of your blue LEDs on a wireless controller, but when I use a rechargable battery pack they are really dim. AA batteries look fine and so does the rechargables when it's plugged in. Is the rechargable pack too low of voltage for these LEDs? Did I do something wrong?

  • hahahahaha buddy those aren't hot tweezers

  • Hey, 2 questions. What do you use to take the Orig. LEDs off? Do they just come off? And, What Watt are the LEDs? I know there are lots of different LEDs.
