I believe Bob Rice took over for David Mark as the announcer at WEWS sometime in 1991, two years later, Rice was replaced by Jim O'Brien as the announcer at WEWS.

The theme music from 1989 was the same from 1987. It had changed in "91" or "92".

I remember this growing up! Do you have a clip with the movie theme music WEWS used in 1989-1990? It had the same graphics we see here.

In the meantime, steve44070 has the theme music from 1987 on some of his videos. Don't know if it's the same from 1989, but it's not the same as this one from '92.
