@wrdane - no this is the french ep cover as per the pic you uploaded above - the ep is called 'en san remo' and was released in france and spain - the french ep cover is per above - I am not sure, but I believe the spanish is in the striped jumper and the book, but my memory can be wrong

ron roberts cover is blue with a small pic of connie's face in the 'winchester cathedral' dress and short wig
