The people directly responsible are dead. They were suicide bombers. The government didn't do it. it wuldnt work nypd helicopters and reporters helis tryied to get over to the top of the 2 towers and they saw ppl but one thing is that the problem with heliopters is that only certain types of degrees amount of smoke may damage the propeller and the smoke was kinda blocking the heli to get in the wind that day wasnt helping alot ppl on the roof was waving but they never made it back down R.I.P
