@SnipeTale it is a known glitch.if you are playing in a seige custom battle,you need to first switch settlement level to Fort,then race(or whatever it is called!) to men,now you can change to whatever you like.simple..although levels with sauron or balrog most of the time CTD for me.

This being worked on by same people that did LotroTW? Graphics are better but imo the best engine of battle mechanics was rome total wars. You dont get that real sence of like your army is pushing against theres. In METW2 once they settle after the charger they kinda just stand there lol

i say that this game should be sold by itself, they should work with the guys who made the game and make it different, aka orc blood=black, human/elf/dwarf blood=crimson red, they could change the assasin scenes and stuff and i would buy the game, aka they just turn it into a expansion, would be epic, and they would make some decent money lol

Yes but we cannot change it, as it would also change human'S blood to black, it's due to the limited medieval game engine... =(

dale could be described as esgaroth, if you know that. its a city of humans next to the lonely mountain, a dwarven fortess. a man of esgaroth killed the dragon smaug who was living in the abadonned lonely mountainin in the book the hobbit. after smaug was killed the dwarfs recaptured the lonely mountain. :)
