To every question regarding hybrids that dont appear the problem is that they arent the same types of flowers only cross breed tulips with tulips and roses with roses also I can help you more if you want

@MyDreamingMistress no, thats a monster weed or something. jacobs ladder is blue i think. the only way to get rid of that huge red weed is to keep your town healthy (no weeds, maybe more flowers and trees planted) OR... restart your town...
