"....just praying for a miracle" Another nice piece of languaging.
That is the easiest way to meet bakasana, just as Iyengar taught it in Light on. I agree with you the energy needs to go up! Sometimes easier said than done. : )
Sadie, im a 23 year old guy, im very active and into fitness. I just recently searched youtube for Yoga videos and found yours to be the best, both in terms of instructon and clarity. i have to say that i did 45 minutes last night and got a feeling i never could have doing pull ups and push ups. Yoga make me feel elongated and stretched out. Im now a fan just dropping by to say THANK YOU.
gracias Sadie por enviarme tus videos. me fascina mirarlos. Aunque no hablo inglés.Me gustría recibir tus videos en español. como los aduiero en Venezuela?
I know--it was a loooog day that time. I think she was exhausted. But, she stayed on her mat, which is rare and wonderful, no matter what the mood. So, I have to give her props for that!
Thank you so much for posting this video! None of my yoga teachers ever worried about breaking it down like you did and just told us to "fly" basically. My arm balancing is already much more stable by thanks to your advice! thank you thank you!
Hi Sadie! I would like to lose alot of weight and love following your yoga weight loss vids but my problem is that I dont want to have to much arm muscle. Leg muscle i would love to build up but i dont want really...well..."ripped" armsLOL. Thanks in advance!
Hey Sadie, I love your videos - it's what got me into Yoga. Unfortunatly I had really bad stomach problems and had to stop my practice. Now I am back and my upper thighs are not as firm as I would like, is there any practice or sequence that would really help combat this area? Thanks!
I would try my Power Half Hour or Yoga for Bigger Bodies, not that you have one...but it's a great workout for the lower body as well as burns calories all over. Good luck! Sadie
amazing. i want to do a teacher training!

I find your instructions to be highly (refreshingly) original, and thoughtful. I hope one day to practice as mindfully as you do.

You're so welcome! I'm very into the process, because that's how each pose either works--or not. I'm glad you're already rocking it harder;)
