I'm one of those weird people who have never played even ONE Kirby game. Not for lack of wanting, but for lack of getting them when I was younger, and not being able to find them now (though my Wii should probably have them on VC....)
So, yeah. I have no idea how to challenge you, so I'll just enjoy watching.
I hope your LP goes a lot better than mine did. My biggest regret was taking advantage of the 256-Mike glitch, only to change my mind and toss all those Mikes away midway through level 3. So my challenge to you is to take advantage of the Mike glitch, and keep it until either the end of the game, or until it finally runs out of uses. To get it, at the painter boss, blow him up with a BOMB, then hit him with a STAR ONCE, then grab a MIKE, and on its LAST USE, use it WHERE THE STAR ROD APPEARS.
I find a good challenge to be trying not to fly. I know there are times in the game where you absolutely have to fly to progress. Maybe try going a world without flying.
When I was a kid I always thought Poppy Bros Jr. were so badass. I still do, really.

Take a drink when you lose a life and complete the entire game in one session, if it's possible.

My challenge would be to clear a level without killing or inhaling ANY enemies, excluding the bosses.
