Continuity errors movies are plagued with them

Captain Antellies the man Vader strangles would have fallen straight back if he was indeed dead he would not of hit the wall then spin a complete 180 and fall on his face. the Stormtrooper hitting his head you realize how tall he is compared to the others the helmets had darkened lenses that made it hard to see or move not a mistake just a clumsy trooper.

Also one scene in a movie could take up to 50 takes before it meets the directors expectations given time and budget now when in the editing room editors look at everything the director has shot and then decide what works and what doesnt and piece it together Star wars was filmed using master shots where a scene is shown from beginning to end and happens to have every character in the scene The edits eliminated all this to make it more exciting there will be errors like movement and disappearing

If you watch the digitally remastered version that Lucas put out, its so easy to spot 90% of what they added in. why you ask? because it doesn't fit! the badly done CGI alien dinosaur thingys in the background can be seen to be misfits in the movie from a mile away. It was a brilliant movie to begin with, and Lucas's going back and meddling with it now adds no value to the story, characters, or effects. That being said, LONG LIVE STARWARS!!!! :D

in any case great expose on CONTINUITY problems in star wars... you can find these listed for many movies on IMDB... probably many of these in this vid, someone else check for me - but the storm trooper WAS on the floor, you just see a bit of him... do a before and after and you will see just a sliver of him...

Also, if you read the Expanded Universe stories, by Episode 4 the Kaminoans stopped making clones after the Emperor remade the Galactic Republic into the Galactic Empire. And yes, it pissed off the Emperor and yes, there was a battle on Kamino. Afterwards, the Empire stuck with standard recruitment.

But, the only existing clone regiment in service with the Empire by the time Episodes 4, 5, and 6 occur is a smaller branch of the 501st Trooper Legion (i think, someone correct me if im wrong)

The Stormtrooper on the far right hits his head on the door while the other Stormtroopers that entered the room ducked down under it, and yes, that mistake was in the original 1976 theatrical relase, and its on all the VHS and DVD releases of Star Wars: A New Hope.

HOWEVER, in the 1977 theatrical re-relase of Star Wars: A New Hope, they cut out that part. But i dont think the re-release was ever released on VHS or DVD.

at 1:42 look in the lower right, the trooper's body is there, it just blends well because of the lightning, but you see the body move a bit when one of the troopers passes by. So that was a mistake on your part :D

Actually there are 4 stormtroopers the whole time. Look at the feet. At 5:06 the front trooper is looking to his left, there is trooper right behind him looking down. Behind him you can see the legs and feet of a 3rd trooper and right behind him you can see the left foot of the 4th trooper. And as for the head knocking sound on the door. It was added later when Lucas did the digital remastering re release.
