is it good practice to create a class for every frame in the gui? for instance login screen and once logged in you get main menu, i can't find a good tutorial working with multiple Jframes and how you can go from one screen to the next etc

how do i get the javax.swing* on computer? i downloaded JRE and JDK but still can't find these files on my computer and can't compile my Board.java file

Thanks for the tutorial but I have one question. Why are we coding a GUI? Doesn't Eclipse have a decent GUI designer. If I were doing this in C#, I'd be done in the amount of time it took my to type this message.
