  • What about the Before photos? :(

  • This was really interesting since I'm having this op in 10 days time...bye bye christmas dinner! I'm really scared! Would you say you're glad you had the op?

  • I was going to have this dumb. Until I got bored of having to wait and have braces.

  • oh no i m having this surgery :(

  • OMG I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP !! I DONT WEAR MY ELASTIC RUBBERBANDS THAT MUCH...SO I MIGHT GET JAW SURGERY IF MY DENTIST SEE'S THAT IM NOT WEARING IT..SO DID YOUR MOUTH HURT WHEN YOU WOKE UP ?? WERE YOU ASLEEP FOR THE SURGERY?? WAS YOUR FACE SWOLEN?? HOW LONG WILL YOUR MOUTH BE WIRED SHUT ??

  • @chichiswaqq Tell your doctor the truth that you haven't been wearing them and then wear them all the time, however, your case, like mine, may not be able to be fixed by braces. Yes, your mouth hurts right when you wake up but you get meds. You are put under for the surgery of course! My face was swollen but it goes down fast. I'm pretty sure they don't wire mouths shut now, they use elastics that you cant take off, these stay on until your jaw heal, more than a month.

  • God this just reminded me of how much it hurts! ahhh the pain really cant prepare yourself for it and my op was 2 days before christmas so I got to eat weetabix for christmas lunch great!

  • i havent had this done, but I did have a splint which i had to wear for 6 months to allign my bottom jaw with my top. It did work but now it has gone back to the way it was. I used to have clicking and locking when i ate i dont have that now but i feel the clicking coming back. I also have stiffness in my bottom jaw, it clicks when i chew, i grind my teeth in my sleep and it affects my speech. I think surgery would really help. do u think i would fit the criteria? how hard was it to get refered

  • Hi im 15 and i might be getting this surgery but my bottom jaw is in front of my top jaw but its only slightly in front is it worth the surgery?

  • this video is really eye opening(: im 16 and getting this done when im 18...and this video is exactly what i needed to see(: ive seen the brosure for this and it doesnt look that bad but still get surgery jitters lol and plus my parents (mom) is really nervous that i want to do it...i have an Asymmetry (jaws are uneven) and cant wait to get rid of it(:

  • @tjittner I have the same thing you have. I'm getting my surgery around March

  • what about the scar? did it go away or do you still see it ?

  • u look fucking retarded. before and after. i can tell no difference. hope that didn't cost alot.

  • @nclovin420 Lol your such an asshole.

Anyway, I had the same stuff done, only I had both jaws broken and had to have my chin moved forward. My nose also got moved and was full of stitches, I swear they gave me a nose job in the process lol. That was 1 year and 7 months ago. ^^

  • idk why but this video creeps me the fuck out.

  • im a month after mine and the sweling went after 2 week but now i have a lump the side of a golfball stuck to my jaw, did you have anything like that? i would ask someone i know but i don't know anyone who's had it done =/ asked the surgeon and got put on antibiotics incase its an infection but everythings healed now so not sure how infection has got in if it is that but its just like swelling again on one side. (i've had the exact same thing done as you) reply please =]

  • Eww

  • IMO the worst part I've encountered so far is getting those FRICKING BANDS on and off my teeth! frick i have trouble with those haha

  • how would u describe the pain after surgury and the side effects???

  • what an ugly bitch

  • Thank you for sharing. This is so helpful to show others what they might expect. You look beautiful!

  • I had my orthognathic surgery performed in 1992 when I was 17 years old. It was hell, but I'm so glad I had it done! At age 36, I've had almost no complications other than a couple of screws I can (barely) feel back there with my tongue.

  • Man I have to go through something like that I hate it....

  • how would u describe the pain after surgury and the side effects??? im just woundering because my lower jaw needs to be moved foward andim a bit scared

  • @ladesmadrozaal100 I'm on week 3 now of my surgery and the only thing to be scared of is what food concoctions you make when all you can do is drink. The pain is fine as long as you replace your ice packs every hr to hr and a half and just sit around. Don't push it. If you think the pain will be bad then it will be. If you think opposite it will still hurt but not as bad. Pen and paper is your friend. I found it better to not talk until the wires were cut. Not as bad as it seems

  • jaw surgery? it looks the same as before!

  • Girl, your smile was better at two weeks than mine is at ten weeks post op! Lucky! :P

  • hey girl around how long is the total recovery time?

  • hardly anyone knows this is Mariah, this was the B side to a single, i think dreamlover

  • @hautegirl81 Yes it was back in 1993! For a B-side its def a killer track!

  • same as the question below

    was it worth it ?

    did it hurt ?

  • Was it worth it?

I'm getting it done this summer.. I'm terrified!

    How painful was it?

My smile looks exactly like your at the start..

    But you look great!

  • wow you look great now!

I'm 17, do you think I'm too young to get an upper jaw surgery?

  • I'm pretty sure that surgeron is the one that will be doing my jaw surgery. Is this in Edmonton?

  • I'm pretty sure that surgeron is the one that will be doing my jaw surgery. Is this in Edmonton?

  • ...been braces. 10 months total :) good luck!

  • @NewYorkStateOfCrime I got my surgery mid July 2010 and I get my braces off in 4 weeks. I was back to eating anything I wanted by october so 3 months. And what I've noticed mainly is I can eat a lot more efficiently. I'm obsessed with my bites haha. And I can breathe a lot better. Main down side is my chin is still numb and like right under my eyes itches if something lightly touches it since that's still getting feeling back. But it's great otherwise. The last 6 months of "recovery" have just

  • Hello, I want to ask you any information. This summer I'm going to have a orthognatic surgery with a genioplasty. I want to ask you if it hurts. When you wake up after the surgery you suffered? In detail, how it happened the first few weeks after the operation? Thank you answer me because I really fear for me this summer and sorry for my bad english I'm french ^^'

  • ugh watching this makes me so anxious. I had my palat broken for an expander, and has 4 wisdom teeth removed, And now im facing corrective jaw surgery. I dread the recovery, not to mention i dont know how im going to pay my bills( **rent) if i cant work..The whole proceedure scares me, Did i mention the surgeon wants to perform a chin reduction? im not made of money :'(

  • How hard was it for you to eat/keep food down after the op? I'm due to have this done later this year, only i'm having both upper and lower jaw smashed and re-shapen. I'm only asking because I have a slight history of anorexia, so i've been told that I won't be allowed out of hospital until I can eat and keep it down, and I struggle enough with the brace as it is xD

  • Did your nose change the the bridge or/

  • hi i need to get jaw surgery,

im just wondering how many days of weeks did it take to start getting better.

  • You are very pretty!

  • @jesandali I had jaw surgery last July. Honestly when you wake up you are so much pain meds you don't really feel any pain. And if you even feel the slightest pain they will give you more drugs. I never felt much pain through the first month at least. The hardest part, BY FAR, was the diet and trying to keep down your meds with basically nothing in your stomach. But it's worth it. Recovery will fly by! :)

  • @mngraham93 Hey whats up. After I get my Wisdom teeth removed and they heal, I will be getting my surgery. I would like to ask you, what are the major differences you noticed since surgery ? And also how long has the journey been since braces and surgery ?

  • whats Orthognathic?

  • Hey :) I'm just wondering if anyone who has gone through orthognathic surgery could tell me how intense the pain when you wake up after surgery is?! Because I've more or less said I want to go through with the surgery .. I'm having a meeting with the surgeon and a mould of my teeth taken in march and the pre surgery braces put on in early April !! I just want to be prepared! Honestly, if it is exctrutating pain .. TELL ME!! ;) I've only just turned 14 and hardly ever been to hospital for myself

  • Thanks for posting this! I have to make a decision whether i want to do Jaw Surgery (moving bottom jaw forward), Gum Surgery (pushing upper teeth up to show less gum), and Chin (adding more chin). Its scary to decide this at the age of 14. I honestly don't know what to choose right now.

  • Thanks for posting this *o_o'' I was just told I would need this surgery, and I'm crazy scared (especially after reading the wiki page, AHAH, but thanks to your video, I feel not as scared :D.

  • Thank you soo much for putting this up! I have to get this too and I am wicked scared, but now I know that there are so many people having it done its made it so much better for my anxiousness! You look great btw :-)

  • Hi, I'm a 17 year old girl and i've done the same,, But I had the operation the 29th of December and it's still quite swollen and I also have yellow bruses like you have had. But my question is even on the last day here in the video you have (to say it harshly) bags under your eyes but so do I and i'm wondering if it's still that bad as in the beginning or does it also go away? Thanks for the video it really helped

  • I had it done 3 weeks ago, I got discharged from the hospital the next day which turned out to be a really bad Idea as I ended back there 2 days later! Now 3 weeks in my Jaw Swelling has gone, there's slight bruising and best of all I can eat solids again! The worst thing is, is the 1st week, you get through that and you'll be fine. And also if your in the UK try and stay in hospital that 1 extra day!

  • crazy! i was wired shut for 6weeks due to a jaw fracture. Damn they give good painkillers! you like high as fuck in some of you pictures

  • hi, im 17 years old and i have to get jaw surgery next month for my narrow inside jaw so that i can have sumwhere to comfortably place my tongue, the back top of my teeth go inward and my front teeth are protruding so i am very scared.

did it hurt afterwards?? if so how long?? and were you wired shut??

  • I had to have orthognathic surgery when I was 15 on my top and bottom jaws. I definitely know how you felt. I can remember exactely what happened when I watched this but the final results are so amazing. You look great :)

  • You go girl! You look beautiful.

  • Did you have to go on a liquid diet? If so for how long?

  • Why did u get jaw surgery cuz im scared i might hav to get one also is it because of ur smile or wat pllzz respond baq i wanna know thnx! :)

  • How much did that operation cost?

  • I have the same surgeon, but I don't know when my surgery will be yet. How long were you on the wait list for?

  • For anyone that has had the surgery, did you relapse?

  • how come your lips still weren't touching after 21 days! Mine were back together after 8 days. Better hope they didn't give you something called "incompetent lip". I had mine done to correct some wicked bad sleep apnoea (airway of 4mm before surgery, 12 mm afterwards!). The first week was tough, but its getting better (at day 13 now!)

  • @mpetrover Because I had a huge splint in my mouth that kept my teeth from completely contacting, and therefore I couldn't close my lips. Once the splint was out, everything was fine.

  • Hi, i've been having really bad jaw problems (lock jaw etc.) for about 6 months and FINALLY my orthodontist and doctor came to the conclusion that the only way we could fix this was with surgery, this surgery actually haha,

I live in hawaii and I really want to find a good surgeon to do this, and theres none on island, so I was wondering where you got your surgery done and if you would recommend your surgeon?

  • I just recently had surgery on both my jaws. How long did you have to wear those elastic bands?

  • i am aged 14 and have been told that when i'm 17 years old i have to get this done :/ i'm scared as crap n feel i cant go through with this, if you can tell me how it feels and if you recommend it done then please tell me, thank you xxx

  • I was done 1 week ago:) I think i did the same as you, everything went well, and my teeth/bitew looks great. It wasnt that painful. I will probably only have jaw-lock in 1 or 2 more weeks, its not long, but it sucks. After one week i have lost over 3kg!, my bmi shows that im to underwegiht:( but i cant wait to be finish! not that long to wait!

  • Im having this type of surgery tomorrow, seeing this has made me feel better :D

  • Hi just wondering what was the problem with your jaw in the first place....thanks....Great video by the way!

  • were you breathing well during the week after the suregry??

  • whats the song?

  • @iseerashonal "Do you think of me" by Mariah Carey

  • I have a question, why do people get this surgery, I'm so confused, is it to correct btie problems, or to correct facial assymetry?

  • @bribrison both

  • @bribrison both

  • I'm so glad I found your video! I had surgery done two days ago, and they moved my bottom jaw forward. The second day has been the worst as far as swelling, also, did your lips become chapped after your surgery?

  • Looks like your surgery was a success. I too, had the same surgry done. And boy, does it make a big difference . . . .

  • Hello! Tomorrow I'm having my upper jaw moved forward 2mm..eek!

After that, I have about a month before I start school, do you think that will be long enough for me to look somewhat normal?

and I also work as waitress, how long do you think it will be before I can go back to work?

Thanks so much for your time!

The results of your surgery are amazing!

  • at least my doctor is going to be a pretty tall blonde XD lol there is really nothing good about this im so afraid couse i have 2 months left before the surgery and it is very importtant for me since my case only gets worse, but hinestly i don't know if i'm more afraid of the blood or the outcome still !!the tears keep falling

  • Hi Sherisse,

Just a quick question about the numbness in your lower lip and chin. Has it all come back since your surgery? or is it still numb? Is this due to moving your chin? or was it the upper jaw surgery that caused it?

    Thank you in advance..

  • Hi Sherisse,

loved your video by the way thanks for posting it. My surgery date is in 3 weeks i'm excited but also nervous at the same time.

My surgeon has given me the option for genioplasty, so similar to what you've done. So the second part is for cosmetics however the lower jaw is to correct my bite.

My question is are you glad you got the genioplasty? has that made a big difference to your profile, given your lower jaw was going to move anyway? And did that add to the numbness?

  • Did they have to cut through both sides of your face? (cheeks)

    and did you need stiches?

Cause i have to get a similar surgery but they have to actually

cut through my cheeks to get to my jaw bone to break it and move my

bottom jaw forward.........im not scared xD but i was just curious if that was what

you got... thanks for posting this video, it makes me and a whole lot of other people get a bit of a glimpse of similar experience to come (who are getting this kinda of surgery of course)

  • No, they didn't have to open my cheeks, all of my incisions were on the inside of my mouth, but my bottom jaw wasn't moved, just the chin. I did have a small incision on the top of the bridge of my nose where they put a screw temporarily during surgery for measuring purposes. Good luck, it will be worth it!

  • @sherisse1982 Umkaay! Thanks So Muchh :)

  • @sherisse1982 How long until you got to leave the hospital?

  • @xxMotocrossAngelxx they cut through the skin on the inside i had exactly the same thing that youve got to have done 6 weeks ago. You will have a few stiches but they all disolve so you wont have to have to have them pulled out. Dont worry about a thing the surgery is well worth all the pain an discomfort. Best of luck and hope you have a speedy recovery. let everyone know how it goes.

  • @Sophierosie123 Cool.! Thanks soo much! feels good knowing im not the only one haha i feel a lot better now. Thanks and i will definitely update everyone :) Wish me luck! :)

  • @Sophierosie123 how long do you have to wear your braces?

  • @princess11222 I have had my braces for nearly 3 years but i have to have them on for another 6 months post op.

  • @xxMotocrossAngelxx They make incisions inside of your mouth. I had jaw surgery and they broke both sides of my bottom jaw to move it forward then drilled in metal plates so the bone heals properly

  • hey could you please tell me which doctor did u get ur surgery done from pleaseeee cause im tryin to get a similar surgery done but dont have any experienced surgeons in my area,i would really appreciate it!!!!!!!

  • GREAT JOB!!!!CONGRAT.FROM BRAZIL.

  • you look great! I had an underbite back in high school, so I had to get braces to fix it. Thing was I didnt wear my retainer, and unfortunately my bite went back to an underbite. And over the years it has become a pain, literally lol. How much did you have to pay for surgery?

  • hi did you have both jaws? and are you glad you had it done? mine is tomorow, any recovery tips?

  • what was wring with it before?

  • does that hurt??

  • What a beautiful smile you have now!

  • i have massive over bite and i dont no weather to have the surgury or have my top molars extracted and braces put on i just want to be normal

  • nice. I will be getting this soon.. in a couple of months or so. how much did yours cost?

  • @Jezzabellx it should be free on the NHS if you're under 18

  • i have some questions. I have the similar problem as you had. Does it hurts very much? So much that it made you cry, or something like this? I'm realy scared. A dentist, who dosen't have the licence was trying to pull out one of my teeht,(and there were some complications) it was so paintfull, that i almost peed in my pants. They pulled me it on the surgery. It didn't hurt so much, but... I still remember the pain...

  • Could you please tell me what it was like? As i may have to have it too :( i am very worried about it!

  • ouchy looks very painful :/

  • Wow what a difference. Ive got to have similar surgery to yours. All i want to know is how bad was the pain.

  • @Sophierosie123 i had the same thing done a year ago. The pain lasts for 2 weeks, the swelling virtually gone by a month, fully gone 3 months.

For me the pain wasn't that bad, they give you medicine for the pain, its the visual shock of the swelling! this girl didnt hav it bad, i looked like a hamster LOL

  • @TheQuintin123456 I think everyone must heal differently. I had surgery to correct my underbite 5 weeks ago (they broke both my upper and lower jaws) and my swelling hasn't gone completely away yet, I'm still numb on the lower left side of my face. The pain was terrible, and for a little while I was terrified and felt like I wasn't going to make it. I've given birth to a 9 lb 10oz baby and I think this jaw surgery was much more difficult for me than that was... also, I really miss food..

  • @TheQuintin123456 how long did you have to wear braces?

  • @princess11222 Train-track braces? Yep for like 4 months after the op. I had them on for the surgery aswell as for a year before. after that a removeable metal retainer.

  • My orthodontist is going to be taking molds within my next two-three visits and going to be going over the surgical procedures and what not I guess. I think it's only my bottom jaw that needs to be done, but it's quite similar to yours...I think. Wasn't worried about it when I first got my braces, but my Aunt who's somewhat neurotic (love her to death though <3) and my mom have got me a bit worried. This video has made me less anxious and more confident. Thank-you :)

  • how long were u wired for? im having this surgery in april

  • congratulations, it looks really good, i'm getting this done in a couple months, so how bad is the pain? i'm assuming they gave you meds for the pain? what exactly did they give you? did they give you vicodin or what?

  • how much is this operation? I want to have one but I don't know the price of it

  • Who died? I think the surgery was worth all the discomfort I had immediately afterwards.

  • just kidding! :)

Best of luck with ur new life! A clean, pure heart is very precious. Cosmetic matter a little! :)

  • The surgery was definately not solely for cosmetic reasons. It was part of my orthodentic treatment.

  • wow sherisse u look so cute!!!

how did you pay for that surgery?

  • With money...is there another way to pay?

  • When you said that on the 12th day you finally got some expression. Is it because you can't move your face muscle after the surgery or was it because it hurts to smile?

  • Kind of a mixture of both. In a way, I think I was worried about ripping stitches inside my upper lip if i smiled.

  • Gotta love the swollen face, it's good stuff for when you have to swallow. *Growl* Ah well; guess watching other people who had it slightly worse makes me mean :P

  • it looks good now!:)

  • i have a jaw just like urs was but i cant have braces yet because of it and surgery was one of the options i had and i am wanting to do it one minute and the next back down and another reason is that my mum says its a big operation, what advice can u give to me? please write back.

  • It is definately a big operation, so you need to be sure that you want to do it. I am happy that I did, but for the first couple weeks afterwards, it was pretty difficult.

  • I might get my surgery. I have an underbite...

Did your surgery hurt? How long does the pain last?

  • hello I had upper and lower jaw surgery this wednesday as well as chin augmentation, I dunno if that's why you also have that bandage/tape around your chin too, but when did yours come off? did it come off by itself? did u wait until u saw your doctor again to take it off? cuse mine is driving me crazy.

  • My surgeon took it off the day after surgery. Why don't you just call your surgeon's office and ask them if you can take it off?

  • Hey does it hurt when you come out of surgery? I'm only 15 and a little scared.

  • I didn't have any pain really, was a bit uncomfortable though. They give you meds before you wake up.

  • How long dit the entire procedure of braces and surgery last?

Think you looked great before and after much better. Like your eyes:)

  • I'm getting this tomorrow morning ;P Just watched your video to see what sorts of swelling to expect. Thx!

  • hey my cheeks seem fatter now how long untill all the swelling went down

  • @6glatman9 it took my brother about 5-6 months:) good luck. im getting braces today and im scared!

  • hey im havin my upper and lower jaws done on january 4th, im not to worried about it, but what kind of pain meds did they give you and how were you able to take them with your jaw wired shut?

  • While you are in the hospital, they are mostly given through an IV, then they will give you a prescription for liquid medications. They gave me codeine and Advil prescriptions.

  • the amazing part is how ur nose changed! It looks totally different (much better) but I think is because the proportions are better now :) how long will it take 4 u to be off braces and everything?

  • My braces came off in April of this year, so about 9 months after surgery.

  • Hi, im gettin jaw surgery and im reli scared cause the one that im gettin is where they are actually removing part of my jaw!! I cant even find any info on this procedure cause its so rare! Has any1 else ever had the same surgery?

  • It isn't that rare. It's fairly routine, I got mine done 2 weeks ago.

  • Hi there Sherisse, I'm having a major surgery similar to yours in a few weeks. Actually right after Christmas. What I'm most afraid of is the way I'm going to look afterwords. I'm afraid that when it's done and healed, I won't recognize myself or like the way I look. Did you have this fear too? Did you like your outcome?

  • what is jaw surgery for? can anyone explain to me? please !

  • mmhm, i can i just got my done Dec 14 ( im too shy and too swollen to show my pictures) but for medical reasons mostly for breathing problems such as sleep apnea ( i had that it means you stop breathing in your sleep so your body only gose in to a trance)or tmj. i HAD to get mine done im 16 and honestly the''Pain'' is all in the swelling. and i think everybody has that fear i still do.. ^^ hoped i helped a lil.

  • i had this done, to anyone wondering about it, dot it! it does hurt and its a pain to eat but in the long run its great! it has changed my life so much i am so happy i had this done! x

  • Hi, I am getting this done too. I bet its gonna hurt like hell after the surgery :(

  • Hi Sherrise,

You look beautiful! I had this same surgery done 2 days ago. (2 pc. lefort and genio). Anyhow, I was wondering how long you had to wear your splint? I have to keep mine in for six weeks.

  • Hi Sherisse- i'm having surgery on Dec 22nd where did yo get your surgery.

  • Royal Alexandra Hospital in Edmonton, AB.

  • how much do u think surgery to fix a overbite would cost?

  • It depends on where you have it done and how much health care covers...so I can't even estimate what it may cost for you.

  • O its ok

    thank you anyway

  • My dentist told me that I could have the operation, if I wanted to. (I have a retruded mandible.) I've been researching it and it looks really good...but it's the recovery stage that's putting me off. But if I do have it, it would improve my speech and eating, which I've always found difficult. So, do you think I should have it?

  • I think it's really up to you. If it is a matter of function, then it is definately worth it. For the first couple of weeks after the surgery, recovery is a bit difficult, but you get through it and everything just gets better.

  • I had this surgery back in august and have to go back for them to remove a pultruding screw in my lower right part of my jaw! :( other than the screw accident! I would do it all over again!

  • yeah im wondering if it would be on medical too so then it could be free i dont have dental . .

  • I'm only 15 but I have a badly formed lower chin, and it is receded to quite an extent. Aside from people making fun of me for it, I suffer from bad migraines/headaches, and have bad sinus problems. I wonder, do you know if these types of issues with jaws are classed as medical problems? Because, if they are, I could have the surgery done for free in a public hospital here in Australia.

  • Hi, I am getting the surgery done soon and it is completely covered in a hospital. I can't say for sure how it is in Australia, but mine is covered by medicare in Canada. It is covered when it is considered a medical problem like headaches, pain, trouble chewing and when you do the surgery in a hospital instead of private. : )

  • Thanx for posting this vid. im supposed to get my surgery somewhere between jan and april...im still not sure if i should do it, but this vid is inspiring. Thanx =)

  • Mine's next year! This is good inspiration and hope!

  • im getting this surgery this summer! haha after 8 days your swelling really dropped! haha it gives me hope! thanks for the video!

  • 2:48 zombie! ahaha

  • I got this surgery. I live in Canada and it was completely covered for me so I paid nothing!

  • nice

  • Very pretty! I am considering this surgery as well.. thank you for the inspiration!

  • thanx... can u please tell me how long the prosses takes? does it hurt after? and after how long could u normaly talk?

  • I'd say, for the most part, I had pretty good results after a few months. I wore elastics and a splint on my upper teeth for 7 weeks. I, personally, wouldn't call what I experienced after surgery pain, it was more discomfort from all the swelling. My bottom lip and chin are still a bit numb, but otherwise I am totally healed up. I was able to talk right after surgery. It was not always easy to understand me with my splint in, but I talked right away.

  • Can I ask why you had it done? I'm unhappy with the appearance of my jaw also...I was wondering if you had this done to help your self-esteem or a medical reason? I don't mean to be rude, I'm just curious.

  • I'm getting this surgery next year. This video definitely got my hopes at least a little high :)

    Thank you!

  • Your welcome. I am glad that it is helping some people.

  • nice

  • i getting my lower jaw surgery next summer

  • Hey, how much do those surgeries usually cost?

  • about 1000 dollars

  • 1000 dollars are you out of your mind? this cost between 15,000 and 50,000 dollars. well that what i heard.

  • I will be having the surgery done in a teaching hospital, and it is about $16,000. In a normal hospital I have heard of it being around $40,000. I am also having both upper and lower which makes it more expensive.
