  • When talking about enzymes, please be a bit more specific, especially if the function of those enzymes are what counts.

  • @026SH no i dont know anything more specific than just "enzymes" or their functions, but there can be no dought that they are good for you

  • @Maxweckl If you think there is "no doubt", I would severely recommend to take a look what those enzymes actually are, and what your body does to those enzymes as soon as they enter your body. They are treated like any other substance in food: they are broken down. Even if they wouldn't be cooked, they are put in hydrochloric acid in your stomach, now that does the same job as cooking does. Inactivates pretty much every enzyme.

  • @Maxweckl Chemically speaking there is very little difference in for example the proteins that make you able to contract your muscles and the proteins that act as enzymes in your body. They are degenerated in the same way by your digestive system. It isn't like your body uses those enzymes right away, it produces its own.

  • @026SH yes yes of course everything is broken down in the belly, but im sure the body is smart enough to recognise the good stuff from the bad stuff and put the good stuff like vitamins, minerals, fibers and ENZYMES to good use, of course it matters what you eat, we are what we eat. so im sticking to eating my fresh ananas per day and im going to bicycle around when im 100 years old

  • @Maxweckl May I ask how old you are and if you still have the chances to follow some classes in biochemistry? It might really help to understand what the substances you're talking about really are, and what they actually do in your body. It might help to understand the huge size of enzymes, and the unability to use them in that state.

  • @026SH why im 24, noo im not plunging into stuff like that, im just eating fresh ananas man, fresh ananas is good for you,

  • @026SH im actually more fascinated about the so called "dark ages"

  • I am just an undergraduate in biophysical chemistry, one doesn't need to be a scientist to know the properties of thorium. I asked Vemma about whether this was added, or is just present as a trace element, but there weren't willing to respond.

  • @026SH The minerals found in the Vemma proprietary major, trace and ultra trace mineral blend are plant sourced. Plants naturally include minerals because they grow in mineral-rich soil. Minerals such as thorium are found in the soil therefore can be found in trace amounts in plants, and consequently in the Vemma product. Extracting individual minerals from the plant mineral blend would require a chemical extraction process. We prefer to maintain the mineral blend as nature intended.

  • @bkboreyko Why on earth would you name trace elements on your package? Trace elements are in every product on the face of the earth, every vegetable, meat, milk even water contains those. Listing them is just pretending there is an awful lot of awesome stuff in that drink that isn't to be found anywhere else, while it is in everything. It's like listing oxygen as one of the ingredients, it's a lot more useful than thorium at least.

  • @026SH I think the point you're missing is that these trace and ultra trace elements are plant sourced. Whether found at ppm or ppb, plant sourced minerals offer a vast, sometimes undiscovered health benefits. We're not pretending anything, just being open and transparent. Sorry if you felt misled. -BK

  • @bkboreyko The majority of those minderals have absolutely no biological role. They cannot function as catalysts, and they don´t bind to proteins. I think naming trace elements as an ingredient is absolutely pointless, it´s like pretending it´s essential to consume trace elements which, at the first place isn´t true, and in the second place one will consume trace elements the whole day through every food source available.

  • @026SH but if thorium and those minerals are to be found almost everywhere and that we consume all these trace elements on a daily basis, then why is it a bad thing? trace elements cannot possibly be harmful since you can buy them at a drug store.

  • @Maxweckl Of course it isn't harmful as long as its sources are trace elements, but I didn't know Vemma was stupid (sorry for this word, but it really is) enough to list trace elements on the ingredient list. Oh, and trace elements cán be harmful in doses that are above regular trace element concentration. Like pretty much all vitamines are very poisonous when taken in high doses. I wouldn't buy concentrated trace elements in your drug store and take them, it's ridiculous and dangerous

  • @026SH yes, and the kidneys and liver become overcharged and maybe one day fail completely..yes, maintaining equilibrium is important to avoid strain..not too much, not too little. But drinking Vemma say tree times week is maybe ok?

  • @Maxweckl Your health won't be damaged, but it's absolutely unnecessary to drink it if you just have a regular, varied eating pattern. And even you don't, I would recommend changing your eating pattern instead of buying ridiculously expensive drinks.

  • @026SH i am confident that if you eat un-cooked food that is rich in enzymes your longevity increases, some scientist even say enzymes can cure cancer

  • @bkboreyko I have heard form a Vemma representative that all the ingredients in Vemma except Aloe Vera and green tea leafs are harvested from the wild? really? are you hunting wild Brockoli?

  • @Maxweckl Sometimes Brand Partners can give out less than accurate info. This is one of those cases. The only ingredient that is 'wildcrafted' is our mangosteen. Sorry for the confusion.

  • @bkboreyko okay, thanks for the response, but i have another inquiry, i have noticed that only Aloe Vera and the green tee is ecologically farmed, meaning that pesticide is used when farming all the remaining ingredients, except for Mangosteen that is..and if this is the case, i worry for the grapes and the cerrys which have very thin coating, and when using pesticide on fruits like that they become almost poisonous in the long run, and this stuff ultimately ends up in Vemma, no? yes?

  • @Maxweckl and of course the Brockoli which has no protection at all like orange for instance..

  • @Maxweckl Great question. We receive C of A on all raw materials and then we conduct a second round of testing for several things which include herbicides and pesticides before we begin manufacturing.

  • @bkboreyko i'm sorry im not sure if i got that..( from Finland..)are you using pesticides or no? i feel it is very important that you do not, and if you do i hope the ingredients are washed thoroughly. And im also curious to know if the Enzymes survive all the different stages in the production, like the pasteurization for instance, Enzymes are life -important and you could say they are life itself!

  • @Maxweckl Don't worry about the enzymes, those that will be destroyed by pateurization are proteins with a enzymatic function. Your body will degenerate all proteins whatsoever, and uses its building blocks (amino acids) to make its own enzymes.

  • @026SH dont tell me that eating a fresh Ananas that is loaded with Enzymes is pointless since your body produces them anyway? that cant be..

  • @Maxweckl It is, I am sorry to tell you. Pretty much all the enzymes necessary in your body are either proteins or RNA molecules, both are synthesized from buildingblocks that are yielded by degenerating proteins from your food. (the RNA-synthesis pathway is a bit too complex to tell here, and also pretty irrelevant)

  • @026SH ok im sure you know what you are talking about, but take for instance to carrots, one cooked and one raw and place them on a table, what happens? the cooked one degenerates becomes rotten, uneatable, but the raw one, it starts to grow by itself instead. I think that's a pretty strong statement when it comes to choosing which is better, raw uncooked food full of enzymes is the best choice for a healthy life

  • @Maxweckl If they placed two pieces of meat on the table, one degenerates after 2 days, and one is still lying there like nothing happened after a month, which one would you eat? I could see why uncooked foods have benefits, one can only damage essential substances by cooking. But I think the benefits are very, very minimal, if they exist at all. So I would personally prefer to go with what tastes better and what maximizes your feeling of happiness.

  • @026SH ye but tha'ts meat, meat is not necessarily good for you,, not too much at least, and it depends on what kind of meat aswell. sausages are the worst..

  • @Maxweckl No pesticides. We check for this twice. I don't think enzymes would survive, but I'll check.

  • @bkboreyko ok, thank you.

  • There should be a (or there was) a section in which all minerals were listed. About 50 or 60 of them. On that list is thorium.

  • @026SH The complete supplement information for Vemma is found on our website under Vemma > supplement facts. Over on the right side of that page is a link to the list of the minerals found in Vemma. Hope that helps! If you have further questions, you can send them to info@vemma.com.

  • That's cool we get to see how the Vemma is transferred into bottle.

  • I hope all Vemma drinkers realize that you have been contaminating yourself with radioactive Thorium-232. VeMMA contains this radioactive isotope, which isn't digested by the body, it means that all the Thorium from those drinks is still in your body, and increases the risk on cancer in the lungs and the pancreas. Thorium has absolutely no biological role, so there was no reason for putting Thorium in their drinks.

  • @026SH yeah right ;)..

  • @Maxweckl Just look at the back of your bottle, and look up what it is.

  • which of these are radioactive? vitamin A, C, D3, E, Thiamin,Riboflavin;Niacin, Vitamin B6,Folate, Vitamin b12,Biotin,Pantothenic acid,Selenium,Taurine,Guarana seed,D-Ribose,Inositol,Choline Chloride, proprietary wildcrafted Mangosteen, organic Aloe Vera, organic Green Tea blend,Ultra purified reverse osmosis carbonated water, natural fructose, natural flavors, citric acid, potassium sorbate, xanthan gum and acid.

  • @Maxweckl and what are your sources of information? are you a scientist?

  • Dear Managers

I'm a Gold menber from Taiwan, I was work in another big company in U.S. before I join Vemma. I have to say that I believe there are alot of Chinese people doesn't understand English by listen skill in Asia, special who's from Taiwan & China, So my suggest is asking for another version with chinese caption for online product presentations, I believe that will be more much better!

  • justrite.vemma.com to order

  • i absolutly love the product i use it everyday

  • I'm impressed as I keep researching your product. How does the mangosteen stay potent when there is pastuerizaton?

  • so good ! i am impress

  • haha brainwaaaaash :D

  • Great! Thank You for putting this out. -J

  • Thanks BK, thanks Ken Stewart, now I have an opportunity to benefit from Vemma:

    Peter Mwaura Nairobi, Kenya

  • This is AMAZING!! I have always wanted to see this. It helps give reassurance and a knowing that what they say is truly being put into VEMMA/VERVE. Thank you Dr. Wang and Bk for making this happen! HIGH FIVE!!
