Nexus is made with a bigger screen and that's it. It is the same like its predecessors, just the name is changed. The same old outdated ICS operating system in it. See the old looks of nexus just unboxed in this video. The price is just higher for the slightly bigger screen.

regular HTC Sensation is not necessarily an upgrade, but it is weaker (same processor), however the HTC Sensation XE IS a better phone, better camera, better processor, soon gets an android 4.0 ICS update. Only downside is about 200mb less RAM and a slightly weaker screen but still a fantastic phone in comparison with the nexus!

@MrHusain5253 Nexus is my phone of choice and my personal phone at the moment :) - The Note was laggy-ish but nothing major and i have read it has been updated since i owned it but i can't comment.

I would still choose the Nexus as the Note was just far to big for a Mobile Phone.

@Nxrthy to be fair, a good point was made on cnet.com. you don't actually get 4.6 inches of a screen. Because the bottom part of the phone acts as your buttons, you loose 2 inches but when you are watching a movie, you get full use of the screen. so imagine the HTC Evo 4.3, but when you watch a movie, the soft touch buttons disappear because simply, you don't need it. I liked the idea :)
