Dvd43 decodes the dvd because without the decoding, you will not be able to fully download the dvd. What happens if you dont have it is that the ripping/burn of the dvd will get to 99% and then say "error, this is copyrighted, download aborted". It sucks, so thats why dvd43 doesnt let that happen so you CAN burn dvds

i recomend u dowload a program called prism and try to change format to .mp4

uhm... what u convenverted with Handbrake probably wasnt the true .Mp4 file.

I'm sorry but I don't get it. Like there's the widescreen option to watch the DVD in right? But I want that for when I put it in my iPod so I don't have the two black borders thing on the top and bottom of the video? If not my video becomes small on my iPod Video screen. So I was wondering if there's a way to select the widescreen option for the video when I rip it so it's widescreen on my iPod as well

If you want widescreen on your iPod and computer, you must have your resolution at 640x360

its suppose to take a while. you are ripping a long dvd lol so it should be a while. Depending on what Movie you are Ripping and how long the movie is.

And Run with 32 bit

or just try Run Compat. W/ Windows XP
