ok here's the deal. The ncr keeps attacking me, but all my reps are idolized or accpeted except powder gangers. i find that the ncr troops attacks after the ncr mp attacks first. so when there isnt any ncr mp around im fine. can anyone help? and i dont wear legion armor
@KineticNK Console Commands and Mods are too different things though. Console Commands are like cheats of some sort (though I use some to get around bugs/glitches) and mods are give the game so much more replay value than I've ever seen. When Fallout 4 comes out, get it for PC. That is if you have a decent graphics card. ;)
@KineticNK Are you wearing Brotherhood power armor? That can cause the NCR to attack you.
Another thing is this is a confirmed bug. You can just lead the NCR into vault 21 and kill them there, as you won't lose Strip fame or cause the securitirons to attack you.

@XThunderStrokerX Yes, FNV is much more lively and diverse than Fallout 3. AND New Vegas is coming out w/ an Ultimate Edition with all DLC packs and special pre-order weapon packs in February.
Oh and if you just wanna mess around in New Vegas, it's WAY more fun than Fallout 3. Take my word for it. I was skeptical about getting New Vegas; but when I got it, I was instantly hooked. I didn't stop playing until I beat 5 times. And even then, there's still more to do.

Say what you want, but I wasn't satisfied with the whole exploration concept of this game. It felt like you can easily beat this game with a speech of 100 and an anti-material rifle. There wasn't the same wastleland exploring theme that Fallout 3 had.
In my game I just kill everyone,I helped the powder gangers take over goodsprings and then killed them, I've killed Caesar, Mr house and I am only helping the ncr so I can finish the game
When I play this game, I tend to think of the small town communities as my unofficial faction. Novac, Primm, Goodsprings. In doing so, I tend to become pals with the NCR (though I'm not a fan of the burdensome taxes they levy upon formerly independent towns). I sympathize with Mr. House's desire to rebuild civilization, but his concept of civilization is too corrupt, so I usually end up slaughtering his lackies along with Legion fascists. And I exterminate criminals and raiders for sport.

@OhLookaFanboy lol? In Fallout 2 the brotherhood was no real force as they just hab these outposts in some cities with only one guy running it. But in Fallout 1 the BoS was a bunch of "mess with and your dead" super heroes. Their patrols eradicated everything and they cleaned the outside part of the Mariposa Military Base. They never were pussys just stay stayed out of the west coast power structure. Afterall the mid western Chapter is actually the faction kicking everyones ass.

I started out NCR but then i turned on them and got fame with Ceaser. Then i turned on them and became part of the Brotherhood of Steel. No one can beat the Brotherhood!
If only these people (from Obsidian) had actually taken the time to work out the bugs, it would have been one of the best games ever. Now they have thousands of fallout fans (including myself) really pissed off about the recent DLC and all of the crashes associated with this game.
@TheEngineerWilliams I'm talking about xbox and ps3 versions as well. The patches that came out for FONV made it worse. I don't know about the PC version. It seems that the PC owners of FONV are the only ones not getting screwed.
what this game lacks is a predominantly socialist faction. the closest thing to that is the followers of the apocalypse but they dont really have much of a political agenda. The game centralizes on small towns and communities, as well as the very poor and destitute (goodsprings, freeside respectively) that being said, i think there should be a far-left faction to balance off with the rest of the factions, who tend to lean right.
@420JimmyX I agree, I would have liked a far-left faction too, so, as there isn't any, I prefer to choose "Yes Man". I haven't finished the main quest though. I wonder what would happen if : you kill Caesar, the leaders of NCR, M House and Yes Man.

If only these people (from Obsidian) had actually taken the time to work out the bugs, it would have been one of the best games ever. Now they have thousands of fallout fans (including myself) really pissed off about the recent DLC and all of the crashes associated with this game.

what this game lacks is a predominantly socialist faction. the closest thing to that is the followers of the apocalypse but they dont really have much of a political agenda. The game centralizes on small towns and communities, as well as the very poor and destitute (goodsprings, freeside respectively) that being said, i think there should be a far-left faction to balance off with the rest of the factions, who tend to lean right.

@420JimmyX I agree, I would have liked a far-left faction too, so, as there isn't any, I prefer to choose "Yes Man". I haven't finished the main quest though. I wonder what would happen if : you kill Caesar, the leaders of NCR, M House and Yes Man.
