the way you get those thugs is if you steal from someone, they will come at you in generally the city belonging to the person you stole from the best way in riverwood is to run to the mill go thru the same area you chop logs in half jump on that pile and just shoot arrows and blast magic is the best way if you are a low lvl. If your in other cities just jump onto a piont to were they cant reach you with their weps and just use magic or Arrows. again this is the best way for low lvls.

That fight with the dragon was really pathetic, I gotta say. It takes me about 30 seconds to kill a dragon at that point in the game, and it took him a few minutes :l you're better then that, jesse. Screw the pansy shield, get yourself a two handed axe and go to down on that bag of scales.

The thugs came for me when I was at the tower after killing the dragon. The guards killed them before I even realised they were there :)
