No actually she really did abuse him. In one of the episodes where the girls are having their own little girl thingy, Michael decides to go and he confesses she made him dress up in her clothes and crap like that and he didn't like it very much.
She is such a wonderful actress and a great singer. Her performance in The Office is so underated. Everybody always talks about Pam or Angela, but in my opinion she gives the best performances of all the women. She is the perfect psychotic mate to the wildness of Michael Scott. When given the chance they prove that they have an immense chemistry like Jim and Pam, but with more of a fiery passion.
