@skipper7210 I believe the problem there is the Seed it ends up using when the internal battery runs out is random, so RNG Abuse would be inconsistent from game to game.
@ShinifyPokemon If you've put in a usable ID, SID, and Method #, my guess is that you have too many limitations on it. I'd start with the Shiny Only box, and slowly add one or two parameters. Too many restrictions can leave you with no results.
@ARCEUSisONsteroids Be a bit more specific. How close is close? If it's by a few Frames (<10), I'd go with it from there. Otherwise, I'd factor in a little bit of time to get you even closer.

@Thejordyboy14 In your set, your times are clustered around 3.6 to 4.3 seconds. The times of 4.8333... and 5.6667... are kind of out there, so you can exclude them and use the remaining values for your average. Averaging them yields a value of 3.97 seconds.
When i generate on 6:42 SPA >=7 i got noting not one frame before i tryed it also but then i got 2 frames 1 of the frames was almost the good one but speed was 6 it must be 7
@Thejordyboy14 Using this, you can try other limits. The Attack IV has to be greater or equal to 15, so use that. You should look for a Frame that matches your IV Range. Also, you may want to check if you have a Method 4, or Split Frame. It's described around 6:47.

@Thejordyboy14 Remember that this is specific to 1/60th of a second. If you continue to miss it, I suggest checking what Frame you actually hit(using IVs) and adjusting from there. Also, don't use other people's times. Your Sweet Scent Delay time is unique to you. If you don't seem to be hitting any Frames, your SID may be wrong.

That with average is frames (an average of 4,5s of difference, from 8,8 to ~0,77s too early and from ~2,38 to ~7,77s too late).
One time when Synchronize failed on wild Pokémon, I hit just FEW frames after Shiny. >.> Like 5 frames too late. I had to switch after some time since no matter how I "raped" through the opening, I was like (mili)second(s) too late. That frame just didn't gave me enough time.
I can not believe it. I'm trying to find a Synchronizer with a Quirky nature, but nothing. I either find a Synchronizer or a Quirky one, but the two has never happened simultaneously. It's getting &@#%! annoying...

@clownzboy I'm not sure what "pokem.client." is, but the only thing you need to download is RNG Reporter. Emloop is a website, so unless it's down there shouldn't be any problems.
This is a great video, but I hardly understand it. I thought most people use this just for shinies, but I hardly understand it because your also talking about finding the IVs for the pokemon which doesn't interest me, all I need is the shinies and I'm having a hard time understanding this.
@eratpawai thats impossible, rng DOES NOT work for latias or latios or roaming pokemon, because their ev's, iv's, stats, shinyness or not are determined at the start of the game, so the only way to get it shiny would be to restart your game if you find it and it is not shiny, plus you can only obtain it AFTER you beat the game, if it is emerald what your saing is almost impossible without hacks.
You have a very good tutorial, I've already made my average of difference in seconds. But when I try for the shiny, i always get frames with a difference of 6-8 from the shiny frame and i cant get it. Btw, my shiny frame is gray in RNG,

@NintendoPalkia trade any pokemon that you caugth in your game to anyone that can see his .sav in pokesav (Mostly R4 users) or try in a Trade Forum asking if anyone with pokesav can see your SID with one of your pokemon
@luifer399 if I trade any pokemon into my NDS for these people to find my SID must it be shiny or can it be absolutely normal? Also would it be best just to transfer a normal one that I haven't trained at all (untouched) into the NDS game? Or is this all just an assumption or guess?

The SID appears in any one pokemon, EV'd, Untoched, Shiny or normal, starter or wild, in any one, in this case its better caugth a wild crappy pokemon in your GBA game, migrate it and ask the favor in a forum like projectpokemon or in trade forums.

@karentje97 I'll try to put it in easier terms. The Number Generator(RNG) in the game produces numbers very fast and puts them into sets to create the pokemon you see. These sets are called Frames. The Frames are generated at about 60 a second, and with the right timing, you can stop on a particular Frame. This is because the Frame is selected when you encounter a wild pokemon. Clicking on a Frame doesn't produce a list. Your English isn't that bad, you know.
well made, i've just caught 3 different shinies in about 30 minutes after finding my frame 10124..
Anyway, so finding wild shinies, there are 30-40 frames which will give a shiny (10124 being my first)
What i don't understand is how "legit" shinyhunting is a 1/8192 chance if you have 30-40 set shiny frames? because if i missed the 10124 frame, wouldn't it mean that i won't encounter a shiny until the next shiny frame? surely this would make "legit "shiny hunting ridiculously hard...
@Jinearls Yes, but that number is calculated based on the fact that it is nearly random. The shiny Frames may seem few and in between, but get enough, and the ratio between shiny frames and non-shiny frames should be about 1 in 8192, theoretically at least.
@pokechao196 oh right, another thing i don't understand, if my earliest shiny frame for pokemon of method 1&2 is 10124 (2mins48) then shouldnt it be impossible for me to encounter a shiny legend through soft resetting.
because there are no shiny frames up until 10124 so soft-resetting and encountering under 2minutes48 would mean i never get a shiny legend.
@nipsta3 You're supposed to repeat this process ten or so times, to get an average offset. The point is to capture a pokemon. The Nature and stats can be different, in fact they're supposed to.
@nn1336 I believe this is explained in the video, but the reason for it is that dutring the Sweet Scent animation, the RNG is still going. The RNG "stops" when the battle starts.

Hey dude i've been watching your videos and i've did all you tell but in pokem.client. entering there are'nt any numbers on the timer
and when i write in the boxes there are'nt any letters.

@clownzboy I'm not sure what "pokem.client." is, but the only thing you need to download is RNG Reporter. Emloop is a website, so unless it's down there shouldn't be any problems.

This is a great video, but I hardly understand it. I thought most people use this just for shinies, but I hardly understand it because your also talking about finding the IVs for the pokemon which doesn't interest me, all I need is the shinies and I'm having a hard time understanding this.

@eratpawai thats impossible, rng DOES NOT work for latias or latios or roaming pokemon, because their ev's, iv's, stats, shinyness or not are determined at the start of the game, so the only way to get it shiny would be to restart your game if you find it and it is not shiny, plus you can only obtain it AFTER you beat the game, if it is emerald what your saing is almost impossible without hacks.

You have a very good tutorial, I've already made my average of difference in seconds. But when I try for the shiny, i always get frames with a difference of 6-8 from the shiny frame and i cant get it. Btw, my shiny frame is gray in RNG,

I generate my shiny frames in the RNG Reporter but why are some in black ando other some gray??? what does it mean? ID 08737 SID 2994, my first two frames are in gray, I cant use it?

@NintendoPalkia trade any pokemon that you caugth in your game to anyone that can see his .sav in pokesav (Mostly R4 users) or try in a Trade Forum asking if anyone with pokesav can see your SID with one of your pokemon

@luifer399 if I trade any pokemon into my NDS for these people to find my SID must it be shiny or can it be absolutely normal? Also would it be best just to transfer a normal one that I haven't trained at all (untouched) into the NDS game? Or is this all just an assumption or guess?

@NintendoPalkia @NintendoPalkia Can be any pokemon, for you can be a crappy wild pokemon but NEED BE CAUGTH IN YOUR GBA GAME, the migrate to the NDS and ask if any one with Pokesav can see your SID and trade that pokemon to they. The SID appears in any one pokemon, EV'd, Untoched, Shiny or normal, starter or wild, in any one, in this case its better caugth a wild crappy pokemon in your GBA game, migrate it and ask the favor in a forum like projectpokemon or in trade forums.

@karentje97 I'll try to put it in easier terms. The Number Generator(RNG) in the game produces numbers very fast and puts them into sets to create the pokemon you see. These sets are called Frames. The Frames are generated at about 60 a second, and with the right timing, you can stop on a particular Frame. This is because the Frame is selected when you encounter a wild pokemon. Clicking on a Frame doesn't produce a list. Your English isn't that bad, you know.

well made, i've just caught 3 different shinies in about 30 minutes after finding my frame 10124..
Anyway, so finding wild shinies, there are 30-40 frames which will give a shiny (10124 being my first)
What i don't understand is how "legit" shinyhunting is a 1/8192 chance if you have 30-40 set shiny frames? because if i missed the 10124 frame, wouldn't it mean that i won't encounter a shiny until the next shiny frame? surely this would make "legit "shiny hunting ridiculously hard...

@Jinearls Yes, but that number is calculated based on the fact that it is nearly random. The shiny Frames may seem few and in between, but get enough, and the ratio between shiny frames and non-shiny frames should be about 1 in 8192, theoretically at least.

@pokechao196 oh right, another thing i don't understand, if my earliest shiny frame for pokemon of method 1&2 is 10124 (2mins48) then shouldnt it be impossible for me to encounter a shiny legend through soft resetting.
because there are no shiny frames up until 10124 so soft-resetting and encountering under 2minutes48 would mean i never get a shiny legend.

@nipsta3 You're supposed to repeat this process ten or so times, to get an average offset. The point is to capture a pokemon. The Nature and stats can be different, in fact they're supposed to.

@nn1336 I believe this is explained in the video, but the reason for it is that dutring the Sweet Scent animation, the RNG is still going. The RNG "stops" when the battle starts.
